Didn’t get necessary help from my Salesperson at My New Car Delivery.Family member bought similar vehicle at another dealership and got all the operating lessons and practices for his vehicle unlike my salesperson

The people are great, but scheduling availability needs to be better. It took over a month to get in for maintenance.

The staff was courteous and informative about what my Passat needs and required. I will continue to do business with them.

So happy I can get Saturday appointments. I trust the service advisors and the work is always done when promised. The system does a great job of tracking repairs according to schedule, and the service advisors are good about recommending services, without forcing you to make all repairs right away.

Salesperson Morris was extremely knowledgeable of product for new and pre owned inventory. No pressure approach to sales. Everything in good order with certified pre owned purchase.

Always the best in service and pricing ...ALWAYS top notch service thoroughness and promptness. while doing a factory software update for TPMS, they found my REAR brakes where getting thin, as always thoroughness prevails. To keep the car safe for when I drive Uncle Todd around looking for his missing friends, who are not actually missing, but OLDTIMERS is getting to the Uncle...sad, but he does meet new friends the next day, always. Nothing worse than the parts in your REAR not up to full function, VW makes the REAR work to spec. I have no constipation or hesitation, to highly recommend HMV for all things , automotive and keeping the great Golf R performing as expected. RRRRRR, and ya don't have to be a PIRATE to appreciate the RRRRR. HMV has always been the best dealer to deal with wince 1987...the rear end of my RRRR, feels much tighter now...thank you Hamilton VW.

Everything was easy during this purchase. Pete was very knowledgeable and nice even though I didn’t know anything about electric cars he show me with kindness and patience. And the paperwork went fast and was easy.

Took a long time to repair but were courteous and did provide a loaner car also cost was very expensive
