I’m happy with the service department and always have been. However I was disappointed last year when I thought their customer database was hacked. I was getting phone calls and emails from someone claiming to be from Hamilton VW, however the phone number and email domain was not from the dealership. I was convinced it was some kind of scam. The front desk heard the messages on my phone and saw an email and didn’t know who was calling me. They found out marketing had hired an outside vendor to reach out to their customers.

The service team performed the service early, diagnosed the issues and completed the prior to the expected completion estimate.

This is second suv..Rich. treat all the staff like family. I told my friends we're to go.thk u
