We found the vehicle we wanted at this dealership. We contacted the salesman we had talked to in the past while looking. He quickly confirmed the vehicle was still available. We stopped by that day and took it for a test drive. Loved the vehicle and set up delivery for two days later. Transaction went smoothly with no problems. Vehicle was parked inside and the salesman spent time explaining all the great technical aspects and helped us set up or phone apps. Overall it was a great experience! Proves that car buying can be a great experience with the right people and team.

The whole experience was a good car buying experience. The vehicle was in good shape and was well detailed. I had a good Sales Representative to work with who made the process easy. The backend in the finance was also a good experience. No hard sells which I appreciate, otherwise I could not give a solid referral. But for all my experience, I would positively say that Crown Mini is a good place to buy your next vehicle.

Great customer service and the service schedulers get to know the customer . They explain the service that is happening and make sure if there are issues that they thoroughly explain the work

My MINI hadn’t been to a dealership in a long time and received a recall notice. It’s an old car (2007) but with only 47,000 miles. The dealership was far from my house, a 2+ hour drive. I requested a loaner while we were there. My car required a number of services as well as checking the recall. We were given a 2025 MINI to drive. That experience was fabulous. The updates to the MINI were so fun I almost succumbed to trying to buy it!!! I was given frequent updates on the service to my vehicle and it was ready exactly when promised. It ran smoothly on the trip back to my house. The MINI intake person was thorough and respectful of my lack of technical knowledge.
