By an astoundingly wide margin, owning a brand new Audi and attempting to get it repaired at this dealership has been the worst customer service experience of my life. My service advisor does not keep me informed and literally never calls me back. I have left dozens of messages and repeatedly been assured by other service advisors that he will call me back before the end of the day. He does not. My car has been out of service for a month and a half. Received a voicemail from Audi corporate but they too never call me back. Simply bizarre and incredibly frustrating. If you are shopping for a car and are planning to get it serviced at this dealership, I suggest you buy another brand of vehicle.

I’m now the proud driver of a 2025 Audi Q6 — my very first Audi! I leased it from Audi Bethesda, and the experience was absolutely fantastic. Jimmy, my sales associate, could not have been any nicer or more amazing to work with. He was patient, thoughtful, and never made me feel rushed to make a decision. He took the time to walk me through all the features and made sure I felt completely comfortable before I left. Even after I drove off, he’s still available to answer any questions, which I really appreciate. Jimmy and the entire Audi Bethesda team made the whole process smooth, professional, and enjoyable. I truly feel like I’m now part of the Audi family. Highly recommend!

Friendly and very knowledgeable sales staff. They were very accommodating and were able to put me in a new Audi A5 in a fast and efficient manner. I highly recommend Audi Bethesda.
