DO NOT USE PINE BELT CADILLAC FOR SERVICE. I was given a quote over the phone. When I arrived, I was told a higher amount. When I complained, I was told "if you don't like the amount you can go somewhere else".

The staff showed a complete lack of professionalism and respect after the sale, it became clear they do not care about their consumers at all. any issues or concerns were met with excuses, fingerpointing and delays, buyer beware this dealership prioritizes profit over customer service. I would never recommend Pine Belt Cadillac to anyone. Not to mention I never authorized for my car repairs to be done because they wanted me to sign a disclosure if anything moving forward were to happen they washed there hands of it Including EVgo, the lease I had came with 24 months of free charging at EVgo and melted my portal. Now 3 months later no car, no resolution. Just car payments for a car that I do not want anymore because its unsafe to drive, I have 3 children and wouldn't put them in this car. I am a Type 1 diabetic with a lot of doctor appointments a week and WITH NO AUTHORIZATION drove 100 miles to take my Loaner car back from my property, WITH OUT ANY CALL TEXT EMAIL nothing

Alex Santos & his team have gone above and beyond for me. I leased my 2022 CT4 and came back to buy it out. The car is beautiful and has treated me well in the years of owning it. Alex made the buy out easy and headache free. They certified and serviced the car. Had it detailed for my redelivery. Ran all my numbers and kept everything right on track of the original quotes. I appreciate the honesty and professionalism I got through every touch point. Outstanding customer service by everyone!

I’m writing this review on the service department. There are “3” employees who should be recognized for their overall customer service. Their names are Tim (check in representative), Leon (Manager), and finally David (my Service Tech). Line Belt should be lucky having them as part of their Organization. As with most dealership, pricing is a little higher, but the care that they take to explain issues with your vehicle is exceptional.

Dealership serviced my car damaged it, I can’t get anyone to return a call, I have left 5 voicemails. I can’t ever get anyone on the phone. No one returns calls. Everytime I call they transfer me to Nissan dealership instead of Cadillac. This dealership is a mess.

I would not recommend this dealership to anybody. I hope one day I can change this review but as of right now we’ve had the worst experience in our lives with buying a car from here. we were taking advantage of by the salesman Dylan who told us we would be able to refinance in six months With the lender that we had and when we spoke to them, they told us they never do that and never would . Also, when he was running our credit, he promised he wouldn’t run it through a bunch of different banks So it wouldn’t affect our credit that much. Well he ran mine and my fiancés about seven times each. Also had to bring it back multiple times with transmission problems. They rebuilt the transmission once and I was told I was lucky that I only had to pay $600 for a $6000 job because I had a warranty and I’ve had nothing but problems with the transmission ever since. Every time I bring it in, they tell me there’s nothing wrong with it but when I bought it to Pine belt in Lake Wood, they told me they found codes for the transmission and the transmission slipping, but I had to deal with Tomsriver because that’s where it was originally rebuilt. We have also been trying to refinance this car after six months like we were told from the salesman we have never made one late payment, but nobody will refinance it because of how much we owe and how much the truck is worth.Dylan really took advantage of us. I have now been waiting over three months for Leon the manager in service department to call me back to schedule a time for him to take a ride with me.He Also told me he received an email after calling numerous times and bringing the car in about the traverse and it’s transmission slipping, and he would get right back to me. The one good thing I have to say is I did message the owner and he did message me back and he seems like the only person to care. I’m waiting right now to see what happens. A different manager called me today and said he would call me right back to make an appointment to come in tomorrow sometime and he would take a ride with me and I have not heard back from him either.Hopefully, I can change this review.

I have bought five Cadillacs from this dealership and I’ve been taking them all for service there as well. About 20 years. I’ve been going there. Their service is the worst it’s ever been you no longer talk to anyone in the service department. You talk to a scheduler, a receptionist When I bought each one of the cars I was told guaranteed loaner car you can’t buy a loaner car at this dealership they just move you along. They tell you what you wanna hear. Call back in two days. I’m putting more into the inventory. You should be good then then I call back two days later. No we’re booking out a month from now. I will never buy another car there. I don’t recommend anyone buying a car there and I certainly don’t recommend their service department. I’m going to file complaints with consumer protection, agencies, Better Business Bureau, and reviews on every site I can find it. It’s caused me that much grief. I’ve had to get serviced done from a non-dealer because I’ve got an a check engine light on that says OnStar says it has to be serviced within seven days and I’ve been trying to get an appointment with them for two months since . That was well over a month ago and still there’s nothing they can do for me. These people don’t care what you think at all. I got overcharged for my last cadillac but I didn’t mind. It’s a Cadillac. I got what I wanted, but being sleazy is one thing but where I get my car serviced I’m very particular about it and these guys are not it anymore at all. Don’t walk run away!

I was always reluctant to buy a car out-of-state thinking that getting the car registered in PA would be a hassle. But I found a car on-line that suited my wife's requirements (Bells & whistles) and mine (price) so we ventured across the river to Pine Belt Cadillac in Toms River. We had the good fortune to meet an unspoiled young salesman, Eric Rudolfsky, who was just amazing. As I noted, the price was fair - as it had been reduced recently, and there were no last minute surprises, (add on costs). Eric came with us on the test drive and painstakingly explained all of the features of the XT6 to us. He helped us transfer our auto insurance and Sirius radio account, hook-up our cell phones and program the radio, and he even re-installed our E-ZPass. Most of all, in the weeks since our purchase, he has patiently taken our calls and re-explained what we needed to know and do when we couldn't find the answer in the owner's guide. New cars are beyond the reach of my retirement income, but Eric treated us like royalty and made this purchase of a "pre-owned certified" Caddy feel like we were actually stepping up in the world. Thank you Eric and thank you Pine Belt for making the experience so very special. Steve & Mary Glenn, Philadelphia, PA
