Mr. Crawford, We completed a replacement of the brake booster vacuum pump in December 2025. Your vehicle has been back for other diagnostics or routine maintenance twice since then with no issues. I review previous videos you've been sent for service visits and the brake booster vacuum pump is visibly installed in the correct orientation. When you came in with a check engine light concern, it had a fault for the same system and the pump we replaced 3k miles ago was not functioning. The technician found the wiring harness that activates this pump had the outer shielding tape frayed and after removing the tape, damage to the wiring was found, exposing bare copper wires related to the open circuit fault you're experiencing. The damage is consistent with rodent damage. Our recommendation is to repair this damage wiring and retest the system. If the off chance that the pump we installed is faulty, after the wiring is corrected, that component does include a part and labor warranty with Volkswagen and North Penn VW. Conveniently scheduled my inspection. Friendly staff and customer service department is always helpful. Washed my car and left pleased with my choice in VW.

Really all 5's. Sorry!!! I wasn't charged deductible on cpo insurance, had to make another call to make payment. Not a huge deal but now I know I have to pay. Great service. Used shuttle. Thanks guys

Great experience with everyone that I was involved with, Greg was awesome at showing me the car’s features and working hard so I could drive it home the same night. Very happy with the detail department also, car was clean and fresh.

Not organized, and deficient in communication My car was at your dealership for more than a week with no communication to let me know that my car was done until I called by myself, and James claimed he called me prior to that with no traces of missed call or voice message on my phone. I have Toyota and Honda, and whenever they are done with my car they call and send text messages
