Body Shop service is the worst service provider I have ever found. Before starting the repair work, they seemed to be very helpful. Later you will see their real face. They, specially the body shop manager care about exploiting extra money by any means. He pretend to be very helpful, but after the paper work done, he has no time for a minute to talk over. A lady stuff didn't show minimum respect while talking over phone. They don’t hesitate to use your car for their personal use after repairing your car. I would never go to them again and I wouldn’t suggest anyone to go there.

Scam, scam, scam. Such a shame and SUCH A WASTE OF PEOPLES TIME. It’s clear they pay for bot reviews. Read a handful yourself. LESTER JONES was my salesman and he lied to my face over and over again. Tried to sell me a “perfect” car. When I brought and plugged in my car reader, it had 6 major engine issues. Lester also refused to show me the inspection. xxxxty business gets xxxxty reviews. I hope this place goes out of business for doing this to people.

Today I walked into Plaza Toyota just to look around but ended up leaving very pleased with a RAV 4 XSE Hybrid SUV. I was assisted by an extremely patient, knowledgeable and courteous Sales and Leasing Consultant named Hazem. He did an amazing job and I recommend him highly to anyone looking to buy a vehicle.

Never buy from them bought a car from them and they can’t seem to figure out the issue and gave me the run around and I have bought cars from them before with no issues. They send me to different people with the option of putting me into something else instead of figuring out the issue made me pay for a part and it’s the same issue. Do not shop here very unprofessional! A few employees tried to help to no avail and no one seems to know who or how to help me mind you I only had the car for 3 months and it’s been there more than with me.

I would never buy a car from this dealership again. I spent 4 hours trying to complete the purchase of this vehicle. The dealership wanted me to take delivery the same day. Once I finished the paperwork, the car was nowhere to be found.

Just purchased my Toyota Tacoma from Plaza Toyota . What a great experience I had the customer service was Excellent my sales rep Alex was awesome and had a lot of patience with me and also got me the exact pick up I was looking for . Also, his manager Moe Was Awesome and very helpful he took care of me the whole 9 yards. Alex was amazing explained everything thoroughly And gave me an excellent deal. thank you Plaza Toyota For having a great team like this!!
