Bought a 2006 truck and one week later the truck was leaking major oil. I called the manager and all he said was He could recommend a good mechanic…now I’m out $7000 and currently in a legal suite with this dealership

Alejandro Coutiño belittles and says “suck it” to his customers. Then when I try to report it to the company they just block me and won’t listen.

I purchased a 2008 F350, the tires needed to be replaced, they wanted us to go to their tire guy so we could get the shop price. When we called, the guy didn't even know who they where, and they didn't have an account there. We also needed new keys and key fobs. The guy they sent us too, was way to expensive, so we picked our own. The fuel guage doesn't work. They said it was just empty, wrong, its gonna cost 1k to get it fixed. They agreed about one price, then jacked it up almost 3 thousand dollars. They don't call you back. You have to keep calling them. Treated us as low class. We paid for the truck in cash. There is a tire sensor that is bad. They said it was low air. Not. They miss represented the hole deal. They just suck.

Bought a car and once I got home, had mechanic look at it, mechanic said to return it. Whole motor is an issue. They refuse to exchange it or fix the issue. The won't return calls and get extremely rude when confronted. Beware, it's not worth your loss. Don't deal with them.

Claims by salesman were all false. Oil was pitch black and gritty. Car was priced as a clean title when it was rebuilt. Said there was performance upgrades upon inspection there was nothing. All lies with this dealership

I have been waiting before I wrote a review because i wanted to give them a chance to follow through with what they said they would do. I got a good car from them but they had promised they would get two things fixed for me on my 2019 jeep. As soon as they got my money they stopped returning my calls and emails. It came down to them breaking their word to me. They managed to turn a positive experience into a negative one. I would not recommend them. Maybe they have good intentions but if they never return your calls you have to assume they are just ignoring you and have no intention of honoring their word. I dealt with Marvin, Marco, and Thallas. They seem like nice guys and I trusted them so it is unfortunate that i cannot recommend them

They are lyers and very dishonest. Lie about the cars condition to get me to place down payment to hold the vehicle. Then lie about mailing all paper work just to keep me waiting on the line while they did nothing but xxxxxxxxx around. Then I finally get paper work and make a 5 hour drive to go get ny car and get there and the cars been warmed up nice and hot before I get there. Then I notice the trim kit is falling off like they jumped the speed bump and drug it on it. Then go for a drive and transmission sounds like crap and the motor has a knock in it. Find out ac dont work and trim arou d stereo is broken. All they had to do was be honest and I wouldnt have wasted my time and money. I got my refund back and walked off. I hope they get shut down for trying to rip people off. Car was blue booked 3700 over the value and they wouldnt come down 10 dollars on it. Try making me pay 16999 for s car thats all xxxxed up with 65000 miles and its about to bliw up and they act lime i messed up the day for them. You should pay me for.my gas and motel I had to get just to know that there are scammers out there lime this company

The dealership left me with a great vehicle, and a great experience. The car I recently bought-2012 Volkswagen is an amazing car and the entire process to get it was not only quick and easy... but the salesmen, whom we worked with were very friendly, knowledgeable, and made it very aware of what we were signing and getting. Highly recommend coming here. The prices of vehicles on lot are very fair as well. Would come back again when in search for a new car.
