Bummed

Left several messages for dealer to contact me and they never did. Bad business practice. I called 5 times to be promptly put on hold for over 10minutes at a time. Initally I gave up and will conduct my business elsewhere.

1998 Jeep

Purchased a 1998 Jeep wrangler from West Coast. Steve was easy going and low pressure. Noted a couple of issues at the lot and they took care of them quickly without any issues. They were aware the Jeep was going to be driven 300 miles home, and assured me if something major went wrong on the trip home they would take care of me. It is a used vehicle and is expected to have a few small issues. So far, a month into owning it and only a couple of minor issues have shown up. This is a used car lot and keep that in mind. Overall I would recommend.

BUYERS BE WARN selling junk without disclosure

Test drove a vehicle and made a deal on a Saturday. Be sure to include a buyers inspection before you by. Had the vehicle for 2 days, had my mechanic look over the vehicle and gave me a LIST of issues. Went back to return the vehicle and their only response was "well you knew about this issue, and the rest are simple maintenance issues." None of the problems with this vehicle were maintenance issues, my mechanic did say that these were pretty serious issues. Also, there was no disclosure of any issues upon buying the vehicle in the first place. BUYERS BE WARNED!!!

Returned the Vehicle

We purchased a 2005 Envoy. The test drive around town was good enough for us to purchase this vehicle. After the sale and once we were on the highway, however, the check engine light came on and the speedometer began to malfunction. We pulled over and called the dealership. The first person who answered, Andre, said we should take it to O'Reilly's and run a diagnostic test as "These things are more than likely an O2 sensor issues" to which we replied, "We're bringing it back". Upon arrival, there was a smooth transaction in refunding our 4,000 dollars. I would recommend West Coast Auto as a great place to shop for a higher quality used vehicle, as they have several beautiful vehicles, but do not back down from your position if something isn't right. They came through without much hassle and I wouldn't hesitate to purchase a vehicle from them. Keep in mind, this is a Used Car Lot, and you will do fine.

New corvette owner

Lee and i purchased a 2002 corvette and our sales rep.was excellent, he returned calls he was very helpful with any questions we had. We live in eastern washington and were a little concerned about the purchase so far away. Everything turned out perfectly. We asked to have a light replaced and Steve replaced it right away. We were very happy both with Steve and the corvette. Thank you Steve

Great experience. Would do it again. Ask for Craig

We had a very good experience. It was not my first rodeo, so we were prepared with our car research, price limits, etc. Craig was very low pressure and made the whole process actually pleasant! That was a first in my many years of car buying! I think we were in and out, including the test driive, in way under two hours. Maybe an hour and a half, and that included contacting our insurance and awaiting their fax. Only complaint: so many cars on the lot it is hard to find a place to park.
