Fast great service

Purchased a used 2014 Malibu there, the whole process was fast and professional told them what I wanted to pay and they made it happen even after they are still are kind even when they are servicing my car and treat me the same as a new customer

Buying a used truck.

I went to Chevrolet of Wooster recently to buy a used 2016 Ford F-150 that they took in on trade. It was my first truck buying from any dealer and I will say they were the nicest and friendliness people you will every meet. They work with me and answer all my questions that I had to ask. If I was to buy another vehicle and know someone looking to buy a vehicle I would recommend going to Chevrolet of Wooster .

2017 equinox

GREAT FOLKS!

Great bunch there, didn't buy, car wasn't exactly what I was a looking for, mostly because I'm picky. But everyone was great to deal with and was accommodating ,didn't try to push a car I wasn't into. Will definitely stop again!

Not what was needed

Was looking to get into a lower payment vehicle but still needed to pull a trailer advised the dealership of this and like all dealer's was told anything to get you there and was shown only the vehicle that was needed to be gotten rid of on that day when ask about other vehicles dealer discouraged from looking at so ended up with what they wanted to sell

I am sorry you were unhappy with your experience. We do not use trickery. Sometimes because of situations beyond our control it is not always the outcome we want. I am glad there was a vehicle that would fit your situation. We can only do so much. It depends on what fits in the customers budgets sometimes.

2016 Colorado

Drove 2 and a half hours to this dealership due to them having the red rock Colorado Z71 crew cab cheaper than anywhere near me. Overall satisfied.

2016 chevy trax

Very pleased with the help and guidance from salesman Brady Shriver who was able to get us a great deal on our brand new chevy trax. I told him what we were looking for and he had it all ready to go when we walked in the door! He also was willing to come in on his day off to make a deal with us! Thanks again Brady!

Drove from Virginia to purchase car from these guy

It takes a bit of trust to drive 6+ hours to buy car from someone. The fact that this was even a used car, though with less than 2k miles, but still used, made it even riskier. After talking with the crew here, I felt totally confident in making the drive. When we pulled up, the car was washed, cleaned and sitting out front waiting for us. Paperwork was ready and fast and we were in and out in about 1 hour! I can not say enough good about this place.

Excellence in Action

I found my 2015 Chevy Silverado online and sent an email to the dealership. Brandon Burgett, the sales rep I worked with, contacted me and we played phone tag for a day or two (mostly because of my schedule). I dropped in unannounced one Saturday and he patiently worked with me while I tried out a couple of trucks. I called him on Monday morning to let him know that I had made a decision and by Monday evening, I was sitting in the driver's seat heading home. Great customer service, great staff and great experience. Worth the 45 minute drive for me.

2008 Toyota Tundra

Great buying experience. Was a little hesitant traveling over an hour and a half to look at a used truck but Ray Stewart gave me his word and went above and beyond what some salesmen would do to reassure me the truck was as advertised and in great shape. And he was correct. So we headed down to Wooster Chevy. Ray greeted us at the door with the truck out front and ready to go. After 4 trips to the sales mgr, Ray got me the truck at the monthly payment I was looking for. So very happy about that. Would definitely would recommend giving Ray a call when your looking for your next new or used car/truck.
