Ray Catena Lexus of White Plains, Eli Suarez, Manager of
Ray Catena Lexus of White Plains, Eli Suarez, Manager of the Parts Department, is a rare exception to the marginal and poor customer service in today's business model. Non-existent is a better term. Eli personally took my phone call after a windshield wiper insert I purchased from him did not fit one of the wiper blades on my 2018 Lexus ES350. He immediately took ownership of the problem, did not cast blame elsewhere, and sent a new blade to my home in Florida. I have utilized Ray Catena Lexus for decades prior to retiring. He was helpful throughout the process, explaining that Lexus no longer manufactures the insert for the older wiper blades. He communicated by phone, text and email, and made it his goal to solve the issue. I could not be happier. The excellent customer service and follow up from Eli, Parts Manager, is exactly why I went to Ray Catena Lexus of White Plains to make the purchase of new wiper blade inserts for my 2018 ES 350. It was not until I returned to Florida that I discovered one of the inserts would not fit the passenger side windshield wiper blade. Eli did a great job of resolving the issue, investigating the cause. I’m very grateful for his highly professional expertise and assistance. That is exactly why I stopped at RayCatenaLexus White Plains while in New York. I trust the dealership and the people who work for Ray Catena.

Louis in the sales department was great He knew the cat that I wanted and was not only able to give me a good price but had the car ready to go that day, Brian in technology helped me understand the features of the car and came to my home to help with the settings of the GPS and setting my garage door to open. Despite a frustrating experience with the sales
Despite a frustrating experience with the sales department last year, the service department completely turned things around. John Turiano was professional, honest, and extremely helpful. Communication was clear, the service was efficient, and I felt genuinely taken care of. Because of him and his team, I would return for service again.

Salesperson couldn't keep facts straight and offering incorrect information (yet kept on telling me how hard they were working), trade in was a complete "bait and switch" [by the way, this is totally negotiable, just threaten to walk out] and the new car walk through was a complete joke. I strongly recommend you go elsewhere.

My Audi A-4 lease was up so I began what I thought would be a lengthy process of finding a new car I liked with a comparable monthly payment. The Ray Catena reputation was excellent so on my first day out I visited their White Plains Showroom. Did I get lucky! My salesman, Brian Rattner, listened carefully and then began to work up a proposal. In less than an hour we shook hands on what I thought was a very favorable deal. The next day I came back to sign the contract...and handover the Audi keys. Brian called my Insurance company and took care of delivering my Audi to their dealership. FIVE STARS.

If you are anywhere in the tri-state area and considering Lexus, I strongly recommend Lexus of White Plains and the salesman to meet is Fabio Villa. Throughout the experience, he was friendly, personable, and very knowledgeable about the vehicles, vehicle options, available services, and purchase options. Fabio had a great deal of patience in responding to all of my questions and while introducing all of the vehicle options. In the end, I chose a certified used 2021 UX and could not be happier. As Fabio said, the car is clean and comfortable.
