I decided it was time to get something smaller, so I traded in my 2014 Ram Bighorn. Low mileage, well maintained, routine maintenance, etc. I didn’t think I could find anything that stacked up to my Ram until I shopped at Landmark Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat of Atlanta. Josh Shaw and Cruz George found THE car. A stunning, like new low mileage 2020 Toyota Camry SE. that had the safety and convenience features I was looking for. Lane assist, Radar to keep me in pace with the car ahead, backup camera and other features I’m learning about as I go. I could never have a better experience than with Landmark, Cruz, Josh, and the finance guy, Tim. They all walked me through the process without pressuring me or creating a false sense of urgency. Just straight up trust, honesty, professionalism, and respect. I have nothing but good things to say about them except they have a great Ram on their lot. Go check them out.

Payam is the man! Excellent service and very personable from beginning to end. Communication was on point. Every aspect of this purchase was great. Used car manager worked with me on the price as well. Finance department also worked with me on a great extended warranty. 5 stars for this dealership from me.

Fast, friendly, and easy process! My salesman was Taylor Key, he made my experience great, and he went above and beyond to make sure I left the dealership with a vehicle and what I wanted!

Great buying experience from the beginning to the end. Briggs is an amazing salesperson! He was very knowledgeable. Hamid and Tim were also very helpful in financing.

I went in looking to see if I could one day qualify for my dream Jeep. Well in less than 2 hours I drove out a new Jeep owner! The process was painless. We discussed my needs over everything and test drove different vehicles to see what I was comfortable with as well. Michelle Briscoe and Angelique were Amazing. ‘Mr Dennis in finance was awesome too and so appreciative of my business. They all made me feel so special.

The service team lost my keys, and that's not it! Disappointing customer service and lack of warranty knowledge. I almost paid for the repairs and tires because of it. I had to call Mopar and Chrysler to verify my coverage. Apparently, I did not qualify for a rental car because I did not purchase my Jeep from this dealership. I've made multiple calls to the dealership, provided them with contact warranty information from Mopar, and filed a claim with Chrysler to get the parts expedited. At this point, I am exhausted and uncertain why this information is not in their system. Landmark Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram FIAT of Atlanta is convenient for me, but based on my recent experience, I am not sure if Landmark values customer relationships or revenue. It would be great to connect with the General Manager about my experience. It took the team 2.5 hours to find my keys. How would you feel if this was you?
