Had to wait for 15 minutes before the greeter got off the phone. Finally another guy came over and checked me in. Went smooth from there.

Shawn is very personable and caring…even after the sale!!! We have also found the service staff to be helpful, even with the silliest of questions.This is our second Mazda and our second time dealing with Cardinale Mazda. We have not been disappointed! We truly love driving a Mazda and cannot wait for a smaller self-charging hybrid.

I am so pleased with my 2024 Mazda, CX5. Shawn and his manager made it so easy to buy this car. I got a great deal, and Shawn even delivered it to me. He spend a lot of time showing me how the car works. I would definitely buy another Mazda from Cardinal Mazda!

I just want to acknowledge the excellent customer service I received from Miguel Villegas. I’ve been having my vehicle serviced at CardinaleWay for 4 years and he’s by far the best advisor I’ve worked with. I had set my appointment online and was given a different price quote versus what the price was in person. It wasn’t just that he honored that price, but how he handled the issue quickly without any back and forth and very professionally. He took time to look at any pricing that was associated with my vehicle and deftly handled this issue.

They said car wash is included but is not done,beforehand they should notify me first if they can’t do it.I am surprised I paid debit card it went thru to your machine without asking my PIN number.Thanks.
