I just purchased a brand new Mazda CX-50 Cardinale Mazda and had a amazing experience as soon as I walked into the door. Steven was the first pleasant experience i encountered with. And he was very attentive friendly and patient understanding my situation with my trade in. Then I came across the best salesman I’ve ever encountered with by the name of Mario Gasca :). He was also patient, friendly, knowledgeable by making my process smooth, easy without any pressure. And went above and beyond by satisfying & accommodating my needs by getting the car that I needed. It was a pleasure working with these guys Mario Gasca & Steven Pulido.

Our sales person Kevin went out of his way to explain and demonstrate the capabilities of the car. We realize it was late in the evening and therefore the process was lengthy. I am pleased with the vehicle but realize in the next few days that many steps were missed. I returned a few days later to sign missing documents. Still not clear on entire warranty.

Just purchased my new Mazda CX-5 from this dealership. The process was smooth from start to finish. Not only did they give me a great deal on my new 2025 Mazda CX-5 but they accommodated my schedule and they delivered the car to me. Tony walked me through how to set up my infotainment settings and gave me some tips on keeping the car in great condition. I absolutely love my CX-5 and I was treated very well by all the employees at this dealership. I would highly recommend them even if you have to drive a bit more to get there. I actually called five other Mazda dealerships in my area, none gave me the excellent deal this dealership was able to give me.

Pretty disappointing. I just bought a used car I got it home and the dash cam won’t work. I called this out when test driving and was assured it works. I messaged salesman and got written off saying they won’t replace or fix it. I also spent the entire next day cleaning it since the “wash” they did was so bad. I gave the dealership 2 stars because the finance manager did a good job.

Everything was lining up—until your sales manager arrived and immediately resorted to the following tactics: First, we were told: “The listed price isn’t the real price—it’s actually $3,100 more because of the ‘special specs’.” When questioned on why the dealership would knowingly mislead potential buyers, he responded—straight-faced—“If I listed the actual price, people like you wouldn’t come in to see the car.” An astonishing admission. The vehicle was listed at $25,9XX, yet the sales manager attempted to inflate the final number to over $32,000 after taxes and fees, then pushed financing games by telling us that if we financed “for one month,” he could “lower it a bit.” Let’s be clear: You changed the price the moment we sat down.
