Everything was great until I needed a new transmissionJimmy the service manager had car several times and refused to diagnose the problem. I took car to another dealer and sure enough they are installing a new transmission as we speak.

My salesman Kevin and his manager tyler made the buying process extremely easy and were extremely knowledgable able to answer all of my questions. I told them of issues I've had in the recent past. They listened to my concerns with the car buying process and were able to reasure me that there would be no issues. This is a no xx dealership. There are no bait and switch tactics. They aren't looking to make a quick buck. They are looking to gain your business and trust.

Very helpful. They worked hard to make my experience top notch. I had very specific requests and the sales team worked hard to fulfill my expectations. I also got some dealer installed extras.

Customer service was excellent, easy to work with, and no sales pressure. Our Sales Rep Kevin was patient and worked with us in getting the vehicle we wanted within our budget.

My experience was very pleasant and always has been. Jimmy, the service manager, as always, was very accommodating and clear with his explanations. I have no hesitation about recommending Schultz.

Travis Bohr spent time explaining all the different models available to me and found me the perfect Bronco. Jimmy in service make it a pleasant experience too.

Kevin Derosa and Roger at Schultz Ford in Haverstraw managed to find the Ford Bronco model I was looking for and delivered it to my home all within a week. No hassle or usual sales games.
