Not a pleasant car buying experience as a repeat customer. At signing, salesman told a story about working with a high salaried customer who negotiated down to the last hundred seemingly making fun of the customer.

My car needed service on Monday, and I requested John Lazzaro to have it checked out and Ryan Byrne promptly brought it into the service bay and put it on the lift and within an hour it was fully serviced and the issue taken care of with a smile from all. Thanks to Dan, John & Ryan as always, they manage to brighten your day and make sure all your automotive needs are taken care of promptly and with perfection which is something you do not get at the "other" dealerships in the area!

Tremendous experience with Pete Roman as my service advisor. He was truly fantastic, brought my car in for a battery issue, so i had no appointment, but he took care of my immediately. He worked with me on the issue and the cost as the battery was relatively new (2 years). He was a pleasure to deal with and constantly kept me in the loop. The car was returned to me the following day (terrific given I had no appointment). I will definitely be asking for Pete the next time I need service. He provides amazing customer service which as a customer us really appreciated

Disappointed!! From Audi of America to Ray Caetena Audi of Freehold.Two Audi’s one with a bad transmission at 50,000 miles. I called for an oil change and was told that the engine was shot again 54,000 miles a recall.Told me a week for the engine beginning of December. Made 2 car payment’s and no engine got the run around from Audi of America and not one person called me from Ray Caetena to tell me anything!! I reached out repeatedly.Then the argument’s started now they want me to pay for motor mounts even though the engine is a recall.Audi of America never returned my call even after speaking with a Supervisor. I will end up paying on my car again because the Lies about the engine arriving is just that.oh yeah they gave me a loaner 2026 A-5 and the engine light came on twice.!! Lost my faith in Audi and Ray Caetena. Stay Tuned!!

About a little over a year ago, I purchased a CPO 2024 Audi A4 from Ray Catena Audi of Freehold. Every experience, to date, has been exceptional - from the Sales process (a big thank you and shout out to Christian) to Service. This dealership is stellar. I have been kicking around the idea of having my car detailed and decided to bring it to Ray Catena Audi of Freehold to get it done. I called to schedule an appointment for this past Monday, 11/3 and I was asked if I needed a loaner vehicle, which I did. Phil in Service wrote up my ticket and answered all of my questions. Phil also had the loaner waiting for me. The loaner vehicle turned out to be a 2025 Q5. Phil was excellent, professional and knowledgeable. Early morning next day, I received a text from Manny in Service advising me that the car was ready and it can be picked up. A few words about Manny. Manny is my point of contact for Service. He is absolutely outstanding. Incredibly knowledgeable, patient, professional and personable. He also is excellent in following up. He truly represents the Ray Catena Audi brand. Manny should be commended, accordingly. Manny showed me the car and made sure I was fully satisfied before leaving. The Detailing team led by Alex who I met for the first time that Tuesday are excellent. The car looks like it just came from the showcase. Immaculate both inside and out. Alex knows his stuff and was extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with. Lastly, a special shout out to the Greeters who take your car when you drop it off. They are fantastic and always make you feel welcome. Warren typically is the greeter who takes my car and treats it as if it is his own. Warren is an outstanding employee and a super nice guy. The other team members that I got to know are Frank and Bob who are also great. Overall and once again, Ray Catena Audi of Freehold provided me with a 5 star performance. I highly recommend this dealership if you are in the market for a vehicle. Their Service Dept., which is outstanding and now I can add their Detailing Dept. All are staffed with professionals and subject matter experts in their respective fields. Outstanding and well done!
