Lifted Trucks - Phoenix

I made a deal with them to buy a truck. It had a problem and they said they would fix it. They never called back. When I called them I was told they sold my truck. Total BS Never try to buy from them not a single bit of truth from them. I assume they didn't fix the problem with the truck and screwed the next guy.

When I bought this truck I brought up the wrong vehicle in the internet before I made this purchase thinking I had made a decent deal. I overpaid by almost 15000 for this truck. What kind of dealer does this. Do your homework before you buy check KBB and NADA values. These guys have dollar signs in there eyes and will tell you whatever they need to to make a sale. Don't be fooled

1st came in to look @ a Ford V8 f150 advertised online. "Nope, don't got it, but we have this 2019". Bait n switch. But, got a good deal out of them anyways. The only two problems were getting paperwork to my bank to do the loan, (had to do it myself) and them not following the dealership instructions from the bank and got I charged $495 to do paperwork my bank does for me. Called them on it and just got ran around till I gave up. Bottom line,,,, typical used car salesman out for a buck and no integrity.

I bought my Jeep Wrangler in December 2019 and must say I was pleasantly surprised by the dealership. I was out of town and my wife found the Jeep she wanted and the dealership was nothing but great to her. The whole deal was put together over the phone and I signed the final paperwork when I got back in town. We had a great experience with Sam and the Lift Shop employees. As my wife drove the Jeep off the lot and was 3 miles away the TPMS light came on. Called immediately and was told it takes a few miles for the TPMS to calibrate and give it the weekend....which is true. It never went off and they had me bring it back to the Lift Shop the following week. I did, they said it was $12K tool they didn't have to code and take to any Jeep dealership. Took to Tempe Jeep dealership who then pulled up by the VIN and asked is this a rental car? Turns out it came from Enterprise in Canada prior to being purchased by Lifted Trucks. Didn't know or think I would have bought a rental car, that one owner Carfax is deceptive that was given to me. They didn't touch it, went back to Lift Shop at their request and told to find a dealership with lifted Jeeps they will know what to do. Took to a Scottsdale Jeep dealership and they said it would be 1-2 weeks before they could look at it, called Lifted Trucks and told them I shouldn't be running around town trying to get my new Jeep fixed. Told to bring it in. It's March 4th, my Jeep has been in Lifted Trucks shop for 31 business days total at various times since the purchase. Light still on, a gray area technically, but dealership should have never sold me a non-functioning TPMS vehicle under 49 USC 30122(b). Again, it's gray and favors the automotive dealer more than the consumer. Only fair to say my sales rep was great and overall buying process was one of the best. I think they are all about the transaction and follow up is not their strong suit. The sales manager who will remain nameless is awful, doesn't call you back, acts annoyed that you are frustrated you just purchased a flawed vehicle and disappointed by it, and when you come in sits at his computer making it clear he values his time much more than yours. By the way, pushed me for a review every time I saw him....here you go. Also same guy tried to tell me this happened after we bought it, no it happened as we could see the dealership in our rear view mirror as we exited the dealership. I then called for the General Manager, when I started talking to Bob who was very helpful. Again took my Jeep in for 7 business days, picked up, repeat. Called 2/24 on vacation and left message with Bill (not service manager Bill), texted sales rep who assured me a call back, called dealership left message again with receptionist, its March 4th....nothing. I will figure it out I guess. Would not buy from then again after this experience. Be careful buying those "special deals" from Canada they have on the lot....they are prior rental cars in my case. Probably pretty standard in the industry, but i feel the consumer should know. I wouldn't have bought knowing that. I think it is a decent, honest business, but I have been treated wrong.

Although the distance to the dealership was a long drive for me it was well worth it. I want to that James and TJ for getting me in a truck I've always wanted. I've always wanted a lifted truck and thanks to the 2 gentlemen I've got what I wanted. James and TJ were very informative with the process of me getting into the vehicle I wanted...also I want to thank Mia in the finance dept...very nice lady and great customer service. My husband and I were in the market for a Chevy Silverado 2500 HD LTZ package. We got everything we wanted and more, although, we did not think it was going to happen. However, Blake went through every vehicle on the lot, he was the only reason we found the truck of our dreams. Blake went above and beyond what other salesmen had done. We would buy another truck from him in a heartbeat [but our heart is beating for the truck we just purchased].
