We didn't know they sold SUV's too... Saw the Tahoe out front and ended up buying a Lexus GX. They had 5 or 6 different SUV's Def recommend as they had it all.

These guys are great… until they’re not. 2ND EDIT: One of the owners calls today. Seems nice enough but still doesn’t see anything wrong with us losing $5,000 to “trade in” a vehicle we just purchased from them and immediately had issues with. I’d get it if we just wanted to give it back but we’re trying to spend $30k more, you’d think he’d make it right. Guess not. Be careful with this place. They’re already overpriced to begin with (for the convenience of having the lift already done). EDIT: they’re great, until there’s an issue. Then? Typical used car salesman xxxx. Will never buy from them again but according to their arrogant VP, they sell 800 cars a month so “they have no problem firing xxxxxx customers.” Apparently ones who expect their brand-new-to-them, 2 year old vehicle to run are xxxxxxx. The vehicle was great for the first two days until the third morning it wouldn’t start. An $80k, 2 year old car just didn’t turn on. Chalked it up to a bad battery so put a new one in. Still wouldn’t work. Told them to take it back, we don’t trust it. They said they wouldn’t until it was inspected in case it was vandalized (seriously?). But, that they would if all checked out and we really didn’t want it. Told them we’d like to give it back and purchase a different one (that’s $30k more)! Credit given to them, they had it towed to a local dealership and checked out. Turns out, the original battery it came with AND the one I had put in were both bad. What dumb luck? Here’s the kicker - all of a sudden, it’s not their problem anymore. I said, look, I don’t want it, still don’t trust it, you said if we didn’t want it you’d take it back and we’d buy the more expensive one. VP says, “well now it’s different, we didn’t sell you a bad vehicle but for the hassle we’ll work out a good deal for you (on the one that’s $30k more).” Two days pass by and after following up, I get an “offer” from him. He has the audacity to suggest I should TRADE IT IN and LOSE $7000 on it plus pay full retail price on his PLUS a bunch of xx fees he tacked on (paint protection, etc). This is the biggest slap in the face I’ve ever experienced from a business. What happened to the “good deal” he was going to work out for the inconvenience? I just bought it from you and you want me to trade it in for a $7000 loss rather than take it back and let me buy a more expensive car from you?! What a xxx. This guy is a VP of this company and that’s how he treats customers that have a real sh*tty experience with them who want to give them more money nonetheless. I’m flabbergasted and appalled. As a business owner, if one of my managers tried to screw a customer like this, they’d be looking for a new job. Profits over people and relationships is clearly this companies policy and it’s sickening.

Hello Andrew I just spoke with the young lady at your corporate office. I bought a truck from your Tucson office and it has been the worst experience ever. I have had nothing but problems with the truck and the customer service im receiving from your Tucson office. The check engine light has come on twice. The first time they took the truck in, it was like pulling teeth just to get them to take it in to have a look at it. On top of the the breaks we're shaking really bad because the calipers were warped, & i had to buy an ignition switch which they never reimbursed me for, the autostart wasnt working. Well i had the ignition switch and the autstart repaired which was came out if .y pocket and they never reimbursed me for it. I had only had the truck for a month now here I am going into the second month and the check engine light came back on. I called your Tu son office and told the sale manager there what the issue was. The conversation I had with him wasn't a really make me feel good conversation. I had jokingly said it's Carlos Medina and he had responded to me oh yeah we all know you here as our favorite customer and said it very sarcastically. I responded to him im sure you guys are also throwing darts at it, and he just laughed. This was today 11/10/25 @ 255 pm. He told me that he would have David the store manager call me and still has not returned my call. This has gotten to the point were I have to call them from borrowed phones because they will put me on hold and will not pick-up, just leave me on hold. Im to the point that I just want to go drop the truck off on the lot and let the bank repo it. Im hoping I can get a quick resolution to this problem. This has been the worst experience and customer service I've ever experienced. Carlos Medina

Very overpriced for the quality of the trucks. Crazy add on fees. Not family run like it used to be. Just buy a new vehicle and take it to the lift shop separately if you want. It’s cheaper that way.

Lifted Trucks should be avoid at all cost, if you don’t it will cost you a pretty penny when you drive off the lot! I’ve had to spend over $8000 on passing emissions and repairs to the transmission, timing chain, pcm, intake manifold, control arms, struts and oil leak! The warranty company has paid out over $11000! This was a truck that passed their 80 plus point vigorous inspection by certified mechanics. That’s a bunch of xx! And Tony, oh boy, what a piece of work! He claims he wants me to be a satisfied customer, but I haven’t heard back from him in months. Lifted Trucks is the worst nightmare of buying a used truck. I would have been better off buying one from a scrapyard. At least then I know I’m buying a piece of junk!

Do not buy from this dealer! Lazy and incompetent. Have been dealing with a title issue for 4 months. Only out of state dealer I’ve ever worked with that will not send your paperwork to your local tag office. Of course they do not mention this either. Instead they just send your paperwork to the state of AZ. Had the truck shipped to the Huntsville location and due to AZ not communicating with Huntsville I got to sit around for 2 hours until the finance manager decided to show up. Worst experience I’ve ever had dealing with any dealership.
