Disappointed shopper

I called the dealership on Friday the 17/11/2023 about a Ford escape 2012. Saw it online and was interested on it told the person I spoke with that I would be there either Saturday or Sunday to have a look at the car and buy it. Got there Saturday was welcomed sat down and the gentleman opened up the screen to the car of interest, after I told him I had done my homework and knew the condition of the car. I asked for the price after there fees a $5095 car all of a was $8798. So 1) $999 dealers fee 2) Electronic filing fee $599. 3) Pre Delivery SRVC charge $1999 these 3 added charges I had a problem with, but was going to talk with there manager about it so asked to see the car after walking around the lot and building looking for the 2012 Ford Escape the gentleman called a manager and was told the car was sold last week. 1 hour drive to get there and then this, hope the get there crap together, the car is still listed as not sold .

I would not recommend, they are liars.

I honestly believe that these people ask their friends to put in good reviews for them… this dealership has nothing but lied to us as client from the start in many ways and has now left us without a much needed car in the household because a loan that they offered that was originally approved got canceled and when we reran for the loan again a month later it was denied but god knows that they knew that we didn’t have the money for the down payment and that the only reason we went through with the purchase was because of the flexibility they offered for the down payment with was previously approved.

Excellent experience selling them my car

I had a truly excellent experience selling my Camry to Ambar Motors. After getting online quoted from Carmax, Car Gurus, Carvana, & Driveway, Ambar called me and offered me “up to $1000” over any offer I received. I went there and they offered me $500 more than the highest offer I had received (from Driveway)… $2000 more than Carmax, and $4,000 more than Carvana.

Run and don’t look back

I found a car online with Ambar motors. I spoke to the online Specialist and we went through the pictures that were advertised for this vehicle. The pictures that were on mine were not even of the car that they are selling. Also, their customer service is horrible because it took me 18 different pI found a car online with Ambar motors. Also, their customer service is horrible because it took me 18 different phone calls to get in touch with someone. This must be the worst car dealership I have ever dealt with.

Estafadores

Ladrones de primera se querian quedar con mi carro sin pagar nada y venderme uno de ellos bien caro.No vallan a ese dealer si no quieren ser estafados

Son unos estafadores

Esta empresa ha hecho pasar a mi familia y a mi por muy malos momentos, compré un auto para mi madre en marzo donde tenía que pagar un fondo de 2500, para retirar el vehículo, pague 2000 dólares entre dos tarjetas y 500 dólares cash. Todo bien hasta ahí, luego de un mes recibimos una carta donde decía que le debíamos 500 dólares y aunque no es un dineral, pues ya se había pagado y fuimos a reclamar la situación. Nos pidieron. Disculpas y nos garantizaron de que se iba a clarificar puesto que la persona que nos atendió recordó ese día. Luego paso otro mes y recibimos la misma carta y tuvimos que ir nuevamente. Nos dijeron de que no se había pagado y exigimos que revisaran las cámaras de seguridad porque todo fue delante del cajero y si se había pagado. Después nos pidieron disculpas y que tenían el video y que era un error de ellos pero que nos garantizaban que llegaría una o dos cartas más pero que después no llegaría más ninguna con la deuda, pues al final siguió llegando hasta el día de hoy con una deuda de 570, es una falta de respeto y aunque no es un dineral pues de igual modo es dinero, la persona que nos atendió fue Yuniel Enamorado y no nos dio comprobante del dinero cash y fallamos por no estar al tanto y confiar en el dealer porque todo repito fue delante de varios trabajadores y en propio cajero…la dirección del dealer es el de la 4975 NW 77 ave, Doral, Fl 33166

xxxxx. Need I say anymore.

I am truly amazed how an automobile dealership can stay in business with so many negative reviews. Just proves a point that there’s an idiot born every minute. Save your time and money and shop ANYWHERE else.

Check the Dealer Fees - Outrageous

Think 4 times before you patronage this dealership. Check the dealer fees - they are 3x more than most every dealership in the area. Over $2,000 in various fees - all it is is just extra profit to the dealer and the sales person. Go elsewhere!!

Liars

I bought a car with Ambar Motors in 2020. Because of my credit, I was told that I would pay 408.00 for six months, and then it will go down to 380.00. When time passed, I called the bank and they told me that it is simply not true. A week ago, I contacted them to see if they had something I could get for less monthly payment. They told me they had a 2018 Cadillac. I would be paying 370.00 to 447.00 a month, but that would depend on the credit.I explained to the lady that I had a car and that I was offered 19,700, leaving me with around 3000.00 as a down payment. She said no problem, but I needed to go in the dealership to work the numbers. She even stated that I may get a better offer. I went there as scheduled. Salesperson asked me how much I owed on the trade in 3-4 times. We test drove the Cadillac. Screen did not work. Went back to the office. Again, I received two offers from two different dealers, one for 19,700, another for 18,200.00. Ambar offered me 14,000.00. I owe 16,500.00. I would be upside down big time. And of course, they asked me for cash down payment. The are liars. All they want is to get you in the office so they can sell you a car. I will try and avoid this dealership unless you want to be ripped off,
