Power train Warranty
Recognized the issue I reported was valid and immediately performed service under power train warranty. My 2017 Armada is running like new again. Also, the cashier I checked out with was the sweetest lady.

Hi S Caldwell, we are very happy to have provided you with such a positive experience! We hope to see you soon!
Let me just start off by saying... this is the WORST...
Let me just start off by saying... this is the WORST (using emphasis!) dealership when it comes to the service department. I do apologize for this long message, but this needs to be addressed. I am a younger female who was so very excited to be purchasing my first brand new vehicle on my own. I chose THIS dealership for a reason when looking at the Nissan Altima’s. So, I bought a 2019 Nissan Altima with zero miles on it and 3-4 months down the road, my rear driver side door lock goes out. No big deal, things happen. I take it to get it fixed since it’s under warranty. About a week or so later, my rear passenger side door lock goes out. At this point, I’m like okay, maybe an electrical issue with the door locks. I take it back to the dealership to get it fixed. Maybe a month down the road, both front driver and passenger door locks go out plus my USB port for my Apple CarPlay. I make another appointment for my car and at this point, I am pretty frustrated. The appointment was confirmed by a service representative and even sent a confirmation of the appointment. I take my car in to get it fixed, again, and the service representative states they do not show an appointment for me. It takes a lot for me to get upset, but this was the icing on the cake. I explained to the service representative that I am not frustrated with them, but I am frustrated at the fact of poor customer service and quality of my vehicle. A brand new vehicle and 5 issues within 6 months or less, that I was aware of. Finally, they “squeezed” me in and told me that they would need to order parts. Since I work with customers all day, every day in customer service, I know what exceptional customer service looks like and I expect that from other companies. Fast forward, I was told that it could take a few days before they would have my car fixed so I got a rental car and told the service department I would not be paying for the rental since this is was an error through their manufacturing of the vehicle. Days pass by and absolutely NO updates on my car so I finally contact them. They fixed my front driver and passenger side door locks but couldn’t understand why my USB wasn’t working. It took them 2 weeks to finally fix it and give me my car back. They were going to make me pay for the rental car which was going to equal around $400.00 or more and it wasn’t even as nice as my brand new car! I was furious and advised to them again that I would not be paying for it. So, I didn’t pay for the rental fee and I was told that my door locks, USB and back up camera were fixed. Yes, you heard that correct. ANOTHER issue. I brushed this off and was finally stress free again. Fast forward again to almost a few weeks later. Since they gutted my car to replace the USB, the technician working on my car SOMEHOW messed up my driver side window tint. At first I thought he might have dropped a small screw in the window or maybe debris got inside and was scratching my window, so I take it back AGAIN. I had scratches all over the window and I was not about to pay for a window tint since again, it was not my mistake. They fixed the tint with no issues and I was happy-ish again. Fast forward to about a month later, the scratches reappear and there are more. Not only did I have scratches but there was a “knocking” type of noise coming from underneath the car on the driver side. Since I work from home and didn’t need my car, I took it back to the service department to have it fixed. They fixed the tint and advised the technician had somehow made an error when putting the parts back together and it caused the scratches in the window tint? I have no idea how that can even happen unless you are not paying close attention to detail. Then, another icing on the cake... The lady in the office TEXTS me details about the knocking noise. Again, I work in customer service and find this extremely unprofessional. I expect a company to pick up the phone and talk to me one on one to discuss issues or expect a voicemail if I am unable to answer... not a text message! She says that the technician replaced the engine mount and it is still making the noise underneath the car and stated she doesn’t know what it could be but will try again the next day. The next day rolls around and she texts me again saying that the noise is gone and I am able to come get my car. Mind you that the day before it was still making the noise so what makes you think it sitting overnight will change anything? It was NEVER fixed. So, now, here I am with a knocking noise underneath my car again and I refuse to take it back to the dealership. What makes everything SO much worse, is the fact that each time I’ve taken my car in to get it fixed, they always ask if I want a car wash as well and I ALWAYS say yes. Every single time I’ve picked up my car, it’s NEVER been washed. I bought a brand new car and yet, there’s always a problem with it. I will not name anyone specifically because jobs are at risk, but this company needs to get it together for the sake of their customers. I have never been so disappointed in a company and have never given such a negative review, but I am at my breaking point with them. Again, maybe being a young female has something to do with it, I’m not sure... but I’ve had to get my significant other and father involved because I feel as if I am not being taken seriously. Maybe it’s time that Corporate get involved so that changes could be made. Or, maybe I bought a lemon and a lawyer is needed. Please think about what I’ve posted because I do not wish this stress/frustration upon anyone.

Service work not finished.
Ask for a oil change and tire rotation. Ask the employee in the service department about the tire rotation and ask for it to be done. Didn?t happen. I will recheck items under the hood, to see if they were done. This is the second time that this service department hasn?t done their job correctly. They will not get a third time. I will not be coming back to Chattanooga East.

Our go-to for a new car
Our salesman was Mike Goza. He was absolutely the best salesman we have ever dealt with. There was no pressure not was he pushy. He asked what we wanted in a vehicle and what we wanted our payments to be and met them. And not just once. We have bought 2 brand new cars from him in less than one month. Awesome buying experience!
