Worst experience of my life- unprofessional and

Worst experience of my life- unprofessional and incompetent. No regard or consideration for the customers time. Our vehicle sat untouched for 32 days with no sense of urgency to get things fixed. Service manager was rude and service associate was same. We were accused of neglecting our vehicle on 3 separate occasions - apparently they don’t understand that a car owner can perform their own oil changes and maintenance without bringing it to a dealership. After the car was “fixed”, we found parts in the truck that were never put back in the car - resulted in 3 return trips to get the car put back together accurately. Stay as far away from this dealership as you can, if I could give zero stars I would

This is the worst Honda dealer I’ve ever been to.

This is the worst Honda dealer I’ve ever been to. The service advisors sit in an unventilated and cold garage and the service is poor. The multipoint inspections are not as thorough as I’ve seen at other Honda dealers.
