This is the worst experience I’ve ever had at a

This is the worst experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. The first time I walked in I waited 15 minutes before anyone asked me if I needed help. What makes it worse is there were only three customers at that time. No receptionist, I had to wander around until I could find someone. After finally sitting down with a salesman I made a deal on a car. That was actually the only part of this that was easy and quick. Of course the part where they take your money is quick and everyone is willing to help all of the sudden. After the deal was over I was told I could pick the car up in two or three days. On day two I called to check on things. No answer, called again, still no answer. Called the receptionist or whoever they have answering the phone. Was told they would transfer me and still no answer. Finally I get a callback telling me I can pick it up tomorrow at 6pm. On to day three. I called and of course no answer. I called the sales manager, no answer. I called the salesman, no answer. Ok now it’s getting late and the bank closes at 4 and I have to get a check because I was paying cash for the vehicle. Only problem is the dealer still won’t answer and I need to know how much to make the check for and who it’s going to. So now I decide to just get a check for close to what the deal was and just put the rest on a card. Oh wait I still don’t know who to make the check out to and the bank can’t make the check unless they have all of that information. So now I start calling again and still no answer. I called four different people in that place and nobody answered or called back. I called the receptionist again I told her I’m standing in the bank I need to know who to make the check out to. That’s it that’s all I needed. Of course she didn’t have any information and was zero help every time I called but it was my only option. So she transferred me again. And yep that’s right no answer. I waited in the bank for 40 minutes. I decided to go on the dealership website to see if I could find anything and a chat now bubble popped up so I tried that. Hey surprise someone got my text saying I was standing in the bank for 40 minutes and they finally called. Ok now I have the check and I’m going to pick up the car. I get there at 5:30 and start doing paperwork. It wasn’t until this time that I was informed that I won’t be getting the original factory warranty because that’s only for the first owner and the factory warranty I get is about half of the original. Would have been nice to know before I made the deal but I like the vehicle and since I’m paying cash I can just trade it in before the warranty is up anyway. At this point I’m the only customer in the place and it’s like nobody knew what job they were supposed to be doing. Everyone was passing me on to someone else. One guy helped me when I walked in, then I go to another guy for more paperwork. And the original guy is running around looking for the keys that he already gave me. He also told me he was going to give my paperwork to some other person for them to work on it while he put license plates on the car. It was very confusing. It’s like they just hire anybody the way these people work. I kinda seems like they are all confused about what they are supposed to do. Anyway I finally get the car and go home. The next couple days I don’t go anywhere because of snow on the third day I start the car and it already has a check engine light mind you this car is only 3 years old and only 6 thousand miles on it. I get my scanner and Check the code. I call the dealer and we all know at this point they didn’t answer. I leave a message. I get in the car and I’m playing with the radio and all the controls and I look up and the old oil change stick is still on the windshield. So now I’m wondering if they even checked this car or did an oil change. I checked the oil life and what do you know it’s at 7 percent. Well it’s been about a week since I called about the check engine light still no answer
