Dear Shottenkirk Honda of Cartersville Team, We are writing to share our positive experience with Shottenkirk Honda of Cartersville. We specifically want to commend our service representative, Ginger, for her excellent assistance. We originally brought our vehicle in because the AC was not cooling like it used to. We also requested an express oil and filter change. Following a thorough multi-point inspection, the following services were performed: - Replacement of the water pump, drive belt, and coolant - AC compressor shaft seal replacement - AC evaporator cleaning and disinfectant service - Brake fluid flush - Front transfer case fluid drain and fill - Replacement of front brake pads and resurfacing of front rotors - Replacement of rear brake pads and resurfacing of rear rotors After a horrible experience with another local dealership and their questionable practices, we truly appreciated the professional service we received here. Honestly... I'm blown away by the service I got. I wasn't hounded when I first got out of my vehicle but I was greeted immediately by any employee that came within 5 feet of me. Direct eye contact and smiles all around made me feel comfortable and when I was ready to talk with someone, it was like Billy had read my mind. Such a friendly and knowledgeable guy. He went above and beyond and spent several hours with me even though I was just looking. When it comes down to it, I went to the dealership to see what was on the lot and I ended up leaving with the exact vehicle I had been researching. Billy was most certainly the reason for my purchase that day and anyone who asks me about my new car will reference him by name.
