Went in to get some help with Key Fob for my 2018 Volvo XC60. I was helped by Michael Davis, one of the Service Advisors. He listened attentively to my issue and helped me ascertain what my issue with my Key Fob was. I was up and running in no time. Left a great impression on me. May start to have the car serviced there.

This was the 3rd service center I visited. Michael was the first person who was familiar with the new tire sealant system and was able to repair it. Every other service center told me they were unfamiliar with the system, and it couldn't be fixed.

I brought my 2019 XC40 in on 10/2 as I had noticed moisture developing at times on the inside of the windshield. I mentioned that the windshield had been replaced a couple of months ago but also specifically stated that I had a problem with sunroof drains just 2 years ago. Rear sunroof drains were clogged causing water to infiltrate the car which then caused water damage to the audio module. Bottom line was I paid for a $3,400 repair in 5/2023. Purchased this car from them in 6/2021 as a “certified pre-owned” with trade-in of my XC60 (my 2nd one, neither of which ever had roof drain problems). Was not pleased with that outcome as this a common issue with XC40s and seemed like something that should have been covered under my warranty – not the case. Even with this history they did not check the drains and when I picked up the car on 10/6 they recommended having the front windshield resealed. Went back to the glass shop and they removed and resealed the windshield at a cost of $325. They stated before and after there was nothing wrong with the seal. Interior windshield continued to develop moisture. I brought it back on 10/17 after I also noticed wetness in the trunk area. Low and behold they informed me the rear drain tubes were clogged and needed to be replaced. Obviously, not pleased after 1) having spent $3,400 2 years ago, 2) did not check this the first time and spent $325 for nothing and 3) known issue with the car. Left the car there and then waited nearly 3 weeks for them to get back to me with a repair cost. Left several messages with the service advisor, service manager and general manager. No return calls until I called Volo USA and discussed my problem (coincidence?). Repair cost was another $800 bill after they so graciously discounted an hour of labor. Ang got the car back with the rear hatch not operating automatically-have to open and close manually. After all this the service advisor’s main recommendation was to “trade in the car” as the moisture problem may persist. The advice should have been several years ago to steer clear of this dealership and service department. As I had mentioned, I owned 2 XC60s prior to this and never had any problems. This place does understand the phrase “customer service” and do not stand behind their product. Oh and yes still moisture inside the windshield at times.

I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction and concern regarding my Volvo 2023 C40. This is the second Volvo I have owned. My first Volvo was reliable and problem-free, which is why I trusted the brand enough to purchase again. Unfortunately, my experience with this vehicle has been the exact opposite. Since the day I purchased it, I have faced repeated electronic malfunctions and performance failures. Specifically: • The system has stopped working multiple times. • The propulsion system has failed on numerous occasions, sometimes while I was driving with my young son in the car. • The car has shaken unexpectedly while in motion, creating an unsafe and alarming experience on both highways and local roads. These issues are not minor inconveniences — they pose serious safety risks. The stress of driving a car that could lose power or malfunction at any moment is unacceptable. To make matters worse, my most recent service experience only deepened my frustration. When I brought my vehicle in because the volume was not working, I was assisted by a service representative named Michael. Instead of a courteous greeting, I was met with attitude and was told I should have brought the car around myself. When I politely asked if I should move it, he refused, took the keys, and moved it himself — an unnecessarily unpleasant start. I had requested a rental vehicle, as I have always done in the past and been provided without issue. Michael insisted that I had not requested one and claimed there were none available. However, after my husband spoke to him by phone, a rental vehicle suddenly became available. At that point, I was told I would have to pay $600 due to a “new policy” supposedly implemented three weeks ago. Strangely, another customer next to me was given a rental car without such a charge, and in all my prior service visits I was never asked to pay this fee. The inconsistency and lack of transparency were both frustrating and unprofessional. Between the ongoing safety concerns with the vehicle itself and the unprofessional and inconsistent treatment I experienced during service, my trust in Volvo has been severely shaken.

I recently brought my Volvo in for service and worked with Mike. He was extremely professional, attentive, and easy to work with from start to finish. He took the time to explain everything clearly, kept me updated throughout the process, and made sure I felt comfortable with the service being done. What really stood out was his attitude and attention to detail he genuinely cared about both my car and my experience. He even helped me retrieve something from the back of my car after it had been taken in. Everything was handled smoothly, and I left feeling confident and well taken care of. I highly recommend Mike if you’re bringing your vehicle in for service. His professionalism and customer-first approach made the whole process stress-free.
