I will never return to Tarrytown Honda, and I strongly

I will never return to Tarrytown Honda, and I strongly encourage anyone reading this to take their business elsewhere. This dealership has demonstrated a clear pattern of dishonesty, performing unauthorized work, and intimidating customer pushback. Most recently, they completed repairs that were unnecessary and had previously been addressed by a trusted service center. When I objected in person at the dealership and asked for the charges to be removed, I was told the work was "almost done" and there was nothing they could do. I attempted to resolve the issue through customer service after my initial appointment and provided documentation to back up my claims, only be told it was insufficient. After repeated frustration, I disputed the charge with my credit card company and was credited back the funds after the card issuer reviewed the same supplemental documentation I provided the office manager. Instead of acknowledging their mistake or attempting any reasonable resolution, the dealership sent me a threatening letter demanding payment and warning legal action, with no prior outreach. That response speaks volumes. Unfortunetly this was not my first negative experience at Tarrytown Honda. A few years earlier, I brought my car in for a simple windshielf wiper issue and was told I had to leave my car overnight because they needed to order a part. When I objected and insisted on driving my car home, the truth came out- they had accidentally broken my windshield. Instead of being honest with their customer, they lied and attemoted to cover their error by claiming the part needed to be ordered while they waited for the glue to dry on the newly instated windshield. This is not just poor customer service, it is unethical. Lying to hide damages and resorting to legal threats instead of communicating with their customers show a complete lack of integrity and flawed business structure. If you value honesty, transparency or basic respect, do not trust Tarrytown Honda with your vehicle, money or time.

BUYER BEWARE!

BUYER BEWARE!!! Bait and switch tactics!!!! This dealership is full of deception. They don’t care about you at all. All they care about is money. I went because they said they had the car I wanted they said they would contact me if something happened. When they said that it was as if I caught her in a lie. Do NOT buy a car from Ebony she is a liar and a snake.

Fabulous experience!

Fabulous experience! Tarrytown Honda is by far the best dealership in the area. The process was smooth, efficient, and completely pressure-free. Everyone I encountered was pleasant, professional, and proficient! I highly recommend this dealership—especially John, Nick, and Yves.

As far as your plates, as we told you earlier today they will be in tomorrow which is before they are due to expire, unfortunately, out of state plates can take longer. If you are available and would like to speak further regarding any other issues you are having we are more than happy to assist.

Thanks but it’s been a very negative experience. Felt like we were questioned with the issues we brought up and I have very little confidence that the vehicle was thoroughly vetted before being sold to us. The issues I/we experienced happened, literally, the FIRST time I drove the car. We appreciate that they’ve been fixed but I now have no confidence that the car is reliable & still am not confident that the transmission is working properly (erratically shifting in & out of 1st/2nd at low speeds). We’ve bought other used cars and have never had these kinds of problems as soon as we’ve left the lot. We traded in our BMW for a more “reliable” used car and it’s been a nightmare so far.
