Highly Recommend the Team at Mazda of Orland Park! I had a great experience purchasing my new Mazda. John, Marta, and Eric were incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional throughout the entire deal. They treated me like part of the Mazda family and made sure everything was in tip-top condition with my vehicle before I left. John took the time to ensure I fully understood all the features and options on my new car. Because of this outstanding service, I will continue to purchase my vehicles from this dealership. I was told after I bought windshield wipers for my Mazda 6 that there would be a fee to install them. I asked if I could have Car car wash and was told only if I bought the car at Orland Park. I did not so I left. Not a very good showing Mazda.

Jack was great. I have been driving a Mazda 1976 since my first one was 808 The car came with a four-speed manual. I paid under 2800.00 new

Worst of the worst dealership I’ve ever have sealed with in my entire life. The floor people are very nice and friendly but the staff in service department and the general manager are all very unprofessional people and it seems thats what makes this dealership a big flop. I love the cars that Mazda makes but this place really spoils the experience.

A few weeks ago I was having trouble with a key fob to my Mazda CX5. I went to Orland Park Service and the problem was resolved by Ruben( I don't see his photo here I am not able to attached the review to him). He is always professional and courteous but I wanted to note that he went out of his way to help.

I’m extremely disappointed with the service at Mazda Orland. Today, I found out that there was a limited warranty extension for a known touchscreen issue back in 2019 – the exact issue I’m experiencing now. I moved in 2020, so I never received the notice. Despite multiple service visits after that date, no one mentioned the warranty extension or suggested checking the part, which could have saved me $500. When I asked why, the service rep bluntly said, “We wouldn’t make any money if we let people know that.” This is unethical and not how you treat loyal customers. They’ve lost my business for good.

I bought my first SUV, Mazda CX5. The staff, especially Adam and John were amazing and everything went very smoothly. I received a box fresh baked cookies at my door as a gift from Eric Vates. It made my day! I also received lifetime car wash at their premises. Thank you Mazda of Orland Park!! Rabea
