Our service advisor Madison at MB Clesr Lake should be the example how the client is treated/ updated/ etc. She’s gone above and beyond for us, ensuring we were given all options, directly speaking the the technicians so she’s got a better understanding of what and how to relay said information. Dealer prices are what they are, it’s the treatment/ communication/ and overall feeling of that experience that matters; only wish everyone could have her as their advisor. Bravo MB Clear Lake and more importantly to Ms. Madison (Service Advisor Extraordinaire)!!

Perfect Service. I only bring my Mercedes sedan here. Madison Ramirez is an amazing service coordinator. She is very knowledgeable and very patient while handling so many things at the service desk. Thank you!

The director Daniel Reicherts went over and beyond to help us. We had an unexpected road hazard, misplaced lugnut key and needed a new tire. He made sure we were taken care even though service dept was busy. He took the time and found a replacement tire the next day. Great customer service overall from parts and service department as well.

I was able to make a regular maintenance appointment at a time that worked with my schedule and with Zeke Gates, who was great as usual.

I LOVE my new car!!!! ❤️🚗✨ After some challenges with my previous Mercedes GLC 300, Mercedes truly made it right, and I am so incredibly thankful to everyone involved. 🙏🏾 🌟 Jerry, the GM, was the absolute star of the show — TOP‑TIER professionalism and customer service! 💼 Daniel, Director of Service, and the entire service team were welcoming from the moment I arrived. 🏆 Derrick, an award‑winning salesman, was patient, kind, and amazing to work with. Professionalism and Customer Service Excellence personified. This is actually our second purchase from this dealership and this team within a month which speaks volumes. From our initial communication all the way through contract execution we felt more than taken care of. Fernando and AJ did a phenomenal job explaining all the aspects of the vehicles we purchased.
