Overall a quick & warm experience. The lady at the service desk was helpful and recommend a few things to ensure the longevity of the vehicle.

Very attetive to what you want or need done. Before pick-up, they wash your car and shine your tires. They give you free coffee while you are waiting and cable TV. They have several snack machines available also.

The Service Advisor, Mr. Maurice is Very Professional and Knowledgeable. The Work Is Actually Done and Accurate. No Complaints, Even Though They Are Expensive. I Have Never Had Anything Major Wrong With My Vehicle Since I Have Had It.

I Am Very Pleased With My Service Every Time I Come. The Service Manager is Very Informative all The Time and I Never Have Any Issues.

The staff and service are excellent! They welcome and greet you with a smile. The work is completed in a timely fashion, without any mishaps! The service technicians and mechanics are awesome. They know the vehicle. I never experienced having to return my vehicle for incomplete service or other issues. When purchasing an SUV, I look for quality of service from the staff to the mechanics. I always ended up going to a Mitsubishi dealership. I have brought 4 Mitsubishi SUVs. It is affordable, and most importantly, it is a reliable vehicle.

BUYER BEWARE!!! GET EVERYTHING THEY OFFER IN WRITING!! Look very carefully at the car you're buying and every piece of paper. They quote one number verbally then put a higher number on paper. They promised to fix a scratch on the bumper BEFORE I signed. When it turned out it would need to be replaced at a high cost (not buffed out for lrless than $100), they refuse to do anything, it's my problem now. NOT how they acted before I signed.
