No Respect for Customer's Time

I expressed interest in a used vehicle online. I was immediately contacted by Jessica and asked if I could come in that day or the next to look at the vehicle. I live 2 hours away and told her I would need to made arrangements for my kids in the evening in order to come in. I asked if someone could meet me with the vehicle part way and was told that they couldn't do that. I spent the next 2 hours making phone calls and came up with a plan, my husband had to leave work a couple hours early to make it work. I then called Jessica before leaving town to let her know I was coming and to make sure the car was still available, she said it was and told me to come. I then headed toward them, after an hour of driving I received a call from the sales manager to let me know the car was not there. It had been taken to Grand Rapids the day before for another customer (remember she told me they couldn't meet me part way). Very frustrating situation wasting all this time for a vehicle that hadn't even been there. My husband had sent an inquiry on the same vehicle and was contacted the next morning to also come to Davison for a test drive. He asked if the vehicle was actually there because I had already tried to come, it was not, but had he not asked they would have let him start driving there as well. He received an apology email from the woman he spoke with (with a list of alternative vehicles for us to consider, as if we would want to continue doing business with them). I never received any apology from the woman who told me to come twice and the guy who called to tell me the vehicle wasn't there was only mildly apologetic .... guess he thought I was around the corner, didn't realize he had wasted 6 hours of my family's time. I guess no big deal to them.

Great experience

I usually hate car shopping, but Mallory really took her time with me. She asked what my must haves were and started there and worked to find the right vehicle for me. It was a great experience. Glad my friend referred me.

New Truck

My man Jason was really great . Rite in the middle of this Covid-19 I ordered a truck, He stayed on top of things and surprised me with a phone call that my new truck was built and ready to be delivered to my house . How cool is that? He's a very laid back man , and tells it the way it is,not what you may want to here..

They really help me out a lot and I really appreciate everything they did for me. They were super friendly & nice so I would recommend all my friends & family to come there.

IF they had only listened to me the first time!

I have bought SEVERAL cars in Davison -- when it was Waldron - but things have GONE WAY down hill. I took my Enclave in there in Oct - told them I heard noise in the rear when I broke. They said nothing wrong with the rear but the front pads are showing wear -- you might want to change them --so I did. Today, I take it back because the Sound is BAD! NOW, my rotator has to be changed -- guess where? YEP, the REAR -- just like I said the first time. I wish I had NOT TRUSTED THEM! DO yourself a favor - -get a second opinion BEFORE you get ANY service done there. FYI -- I asked to speak to a manager -- All I was told was "he's not at his desk" I asked for him to call me - NO PHONE CALL -- VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Positive experience

Our family was searching for a van and found one at the dealership. We had a positive experience with the sales person. We didnt buy the van we went to look at but would definitely recommend checking the dealership out.

Service Visit Survey

This was for a oil change and tire rotation. Very quick and efficient...as always at Wenzel. The facilities (Customer Lounge) is always nice and clean - better than many GM Dealers in the area.

Nick Ruffolo was my sales consultant when I bought my first GMC in 2010 through the years he was always very helpful and supportive. The service at Todd Wendell Buick GMC of Davison is always great! I needed a new car and contacted Nick and received excellent service-fast, courteous and informative.

Very disappointed

Have problems with my new 2018 tour x Buick , with only 1900 miles on it. Seeing I have lung cancer I and need a very dependable car to get to my chemo I ask the dealership to trade it for another car. They would not, very disappointed with the dealership and the consideration given my situation.
