Write a reviewI purchased a new 2025 Nissan Pathfinder in January31,2026.I noticed a problem with the bottom seat panels on the driver and passenger wrinkling within driving the first 500 miles. The vehicle currently has 3800 miles on odometer. Prior to making an appointment at Hoselton Nissan , I googled wrinkles on the bottom seat panels and there were numerous posts and complaints about this issue. I paid 45k for this vehicle and expected quite a bit more quality for the price. The service tech, Ronald Ward stated that nothing could be done about this because there were no split seams and to keep track to see if it indeeds gets worse they might address the issue. There is support padding under the leather which is intact so I would not suspect it would get worse, just remain the same which is unacceptable for a new car. To me that was his way of blowing me off and ending the conversation. I weigh 184 pounds and my wife weighs 134 pounds ( she would not be happy with me divulging that) but that could possibly be a reason of excessive weight. I'm extremely picky as far as the shape and condition of my vehicles and take great pride in what I own and will not drive looking like that. I also own a C7 corvette and a 2025 XT5 Cadillac. Anyone interested in a silver 2025 Nissan Pathfinder SL at Hoseltons now , can take a look at the vehicle and see that in a short time this car will have the exact same problem because it is already shown, so beware. I would think a manufacturing defect would be covered under warranty but evidently not. To me, this interior looks like a piece of junk. I will looking into other avenues to get some satisfaction. Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear how disappointed you are with the seat appearance in your Pathfinder. We understand that you take great pride in your vehicles, and we certainly do not want you to feel dismissed or unheard. When concerns like this are reviewed, our team has to follow Nissan’s warranty guidelines. Based on the initial inspection, the seat material did not appear to have pulled stitching, cracking, split seams, or another condition that would typically qualify for a warranty repair at this time. That said, we understand your concern and would be happy to take another look. If you’re willing, please contact our Nissan Service Manager, Jared Bolgrum, at [email protected], so we can schedule a time to inspect the seats again, take photos, and review whether there are any additional options available through Nissan or as a goodwill consideration. We appreciate the opportunity to help and would like to work with you toward the best possible next step.
We understand your frustration and appreciate you clarifying your concern. Warranty coverage in situations like this is ultimately determined by Nissan based on their inspection and coverage guidelines. When we mentioned a goodwill consideration, we were referring to the process of asking Nissan to review the concern for possible assistance if it does not qualify under standard warranty coverage. We would still like the opportunity to take another look, document the condition with photos, and review the available next steps with Nissan. Please email our Nissan Service Manager, Jared, at [email protected], or you can contact me directly at [email protected] so we can continue working with you toward the best possible resolution.
The seats do not have evidence of cracking , split seams, or pulled stitching but does have another condition that I feel is a warranty issue, improper fit. I do not expect any goodwill consideration, I don't favors, I want this issue fixed under warranty. What is going to change , I brought the vehicle in last week and you dismissed the issue and the seats still look the same.
Mr. Bolgrum, have showed pictures of these seats to multiple persons, and not one can understand why this is not covered under warranty. I scheduled an appointment at the beginning of the week to discuss this issue with no resolve. Why weren't pictures taken at that time and submitted to Nissan ?
Lied to my face. After purchase warranty worthless. Bought a 2012 Pathfinder 12 30 21 only to discover in August 2022 that the rear suspension was rotted. both sides including shocks, lower control arms broken springs and wheel bearings. Did not feel safe driving vehicle 32 miles to Hoselton so I had my guy replace everything. This was NOT cheap, $1922.00. This was discovered by Union Street Auto in Newark, NY when I had a fluid exchange. Called Mat Ernest at Hoselton Nissan. He requested I bring in the old parts. He offered a reimbursement towards parts. After waiting a reasonable amount of time I called for an update on the situation and left a message to no avail. I have since left over a half dozen messages with still no response. Dealt with Matt Ernest the man who can look you in the eye and lie to you. Guess it's court time now. Stay away form Hoselton - their word is no good.

Joe Haight, we regret to hear that you had a negative experience with us, but would appreciate the chance to turn your experience around. After speaking with Matt, it sounded like you and him came to agreement to reimburse you for the repairs. Please feel free to reach out if this is not the case. Sincerely, Dave Rogers 585-662-2662
I have owned Nissan vehicles for the last 30 years. No more. I owned a 2015 Nissan Murano with 115,000 miles. While under bumper to bumper warrantee it had transmission issues at 40,000 miles. I heard a noise every time I would go down a hill and then accelerate up the next hill. Took it there no problem, drove away happy. Fast forward 7 years and 75,000 miles and it needs a new transmission and transfer case. $8,500.00. Yes that’s $8,500.00. Does it seem right that a SUV that’s 7 years-old would need a new transmission and transfer case at 115,000 miles. I don’t. Jared from Hoselton did not go out of his way to help at all and pawned me off to the national Nissan phone number. I heard the same song and dance. They would not honor any type of warrantee at 115,000 miles even though it had transmission issues at 40,000 miles. I am told the CVT style Nissan transmissions are not as reliable by far than a more traditional style transmission. I am disgusted with my experience with Hoselton Nissan on Marsh Road and will never do business with them again. I am also discussed with my treatment from Nissan USA - no good will gesture from them. To add insult to injury, I inquired about a potential trade-in for a Hoselton Toyota and was told they would give me salvage of $350.00. Since I need a car now, last Saturday I ended up selling it for $6,700.00 on Marketplace. A far cry from their offer of $350.00. Without issue, the cars value is from $18,000.00 on the low end to $24,000.00 on the high end. Without transmission problems and the price of used cars sky high, I could have gotten closer to $24,000.00 if not more. I figure with what I got for it, I’m out $15,000.00. Thank you Nissan and Hoselton. It would have been nice if they would stand behind their product or make a better car. Perhaps I will join the recent flurry of class action suits against Nissan for transmission problems. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of Nissan and if you don’t want to feel like you got ripped off every time you walk out of the dealership, steer clear of Hoselton as well. One aggregated and poor former customer.

I had a great experience purchasing my new 2019 Nissan Rogue S. My salesperson, Cardell Bouie, Jr. was very knowledgeable and helpful. I have been a loyal customer of Nissan for many many years and have had great success with my Nissan cars.

Thank you for the wonderful review and for choosing Hoselton Nissan!
We had a very good experience purchasing our Pathfinder with Mike Andrushko. He was very friendly and professional. We also dealt with Tim Lippa the day we picked up the vehicle, he was also great to work with. We were very happy with the whole process!

We're so happy to hear you had a wonder experience and love your new Pathfinder!
It was 6 months before my lease was up in March 2019. I had never leased before and when I got notifications about re leasing another one I made an appointment went in. Tom greated me and my daughter sat down and explained everything to me. Because I have never re leased another car I wasn’t sure what to expect. I walked out with a new Sentra and it was so easy and he was so nice. Everyone is so nice. I cannot say enough about them. See you for my maintenance. Thanks again

My family has purchased four cars from Tim Lippa in the last couple of years and our experiences have been exceptional. Tim is knowledgeable and professional and a pleasure to interact with. Recently I was in the dealership for routine service, Tim saw me and addressed me by name. He told me he had found a solution to the issue I was having with my phone not syncing to my Altima when I was trying to get directions. The voice was not coming through the radio. He had researched this over various sites on the computer and we went out to my car and he resolved the issue. This was 10 months after the sale. This went above and beyond my expectations. I will give Tim's name to anyone I know interested in buying or leasing a car. He has taken the pain out of buying a car and his attention to my needs is much appreciated. He is an exceptional employee.

My husband and I recently leased a 2018 Nissan Rogue from Hoselton. We have been buying and leasing vehicles for many years and have to say that this was one of very few excellent experiences we have had. From the first time we walked in the door until we drove out of the lot we were treated courteously and fairly by everyone we dealt with. Craig Holmes was a great salesman. He made an often uncomfortable process easy, fair and fun. We also want to acknowledge Joe and Tyler for their help as well. This was our first time dealing with Hoselton and it certainly won't be our last.

I shopped around and Mike and Steve at Nissan Hoselton went over and above to accommodate my needs and get me into the vehicle that I desired, in a early lease termination to get my new 2017 Altima. Gave me the options that I wanted and made the purchase very streamlined and effortless.
