I recently brought my vehicle in for several services and new tires. Austin was my service manager and he always provides world class Service! He and his team are very thorough and always provide recommendations on what’s needed and services that are nice to have and reasons for selecting those services. Everything is transparent and always brings you along the journey each way while your vehicle is being serviced. I highly recommend Audi South Orlando and having Austin as your Service professional.

​I am writing this to formally address the unacceptable level of service I received over the past three weeks regarding my Audi Q7. This has been, without question, the worst experience I have ever had with a service department. ​During the three week span my vehicle was I was forced to deal with Robert, Austin, and Jeff Throughout this process, it was clear that no one cared about the quality of work or the customer experience. I found myself in tears multiple times due to the lack of communication and the sheer incompetence displayed by your team.​I have decided to take my money and my vehicle elsewhere. I would much rather pay more for peace of mind and basic professional courtesy than ever step foot in your dealership again. I will be sharing the full details of this three-week ordeal on Google and other review platforms to warn others against bringing their cars to this location.

Efficient and accommodating to my needs. Providing a uber ride to the nearby mall so I could take care of errand while routine maintenance was the ticket that sold me on this dealership.

Everything was great. I dropped my car off for an oil change and got a loaner vehicle. When my car was ready they called and I picked it up. No issues.

INCREDIBLY BAD, RUDE AND UNPREPARED PEOPLE, THE REQUESTED REPAIR WAS NOT PERFORMED AND WHEN WE COMPLAINED, WE WERE TOLD THAT THE DEFECT IN QUESTION COULD NOT BE REPAIRED AND THAT WE SHOULD TAKE THE VEHICLE ANYWAY, EVEN WITH THE DEFECT

I love Audi South Orlando. I was the first person to buy a car at the dealer when it opened in April 2014. Gio Kobaidze was our salesperson and to this day is still our salesperson. He is a fantastic salesperson and makes sure the car you purchase whether new or used is absolutely perfect for you. I highly recommend going to see Gio if you are looking for a new/used Audi. You rock Gio and we can't wait to work with you again in the future!! The whole dealership is fantastic from the moment you enter the front door. All the staff is so friendly and helpful.
