Best Honda dealership in NYC
I went to this dealership after being miss treated by Plazaautomall(also in Brooklyn). They were professional, courteous, friendly and were not pushy. Best of all, they felt like family. I felt very comfortable doing business with them. My wife and I were assigned to work Jose Gonzales who got us a new car for a great price. He was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the car and its futures. Were are totally satisfied and this was our best buying car experience from all of our previous cars.

Above and Beyond
I went to the dealer with hopes to get a new car for a great price. I was assisted by Mark Dance, who was a great help. He showed me cars on two different levels, I didn't know the place was so big and was patient throughout. We went for a test drive and returned to the dealer to get a deal made. While attempting to leave a down payment, I realized it was a holiday and banks were closed so it wouldn't be a big deal to just debit. My bank had a limit and I was out of luck, but instead Mr. dance drove me back home to get another card to use and drove me back to the dealer. He went above and beyond and was patient through the entire process. He was very professional and truly made me feel like a values customer. I would recommend easy one to ask for his assistance when going to this dealership.

Feels like they are family
I had such a great experience with Mark Anthony and Dwayne when my wife leased her car, I decided to go back and lease a car for myself. They were professional, courteous, friendly and were not pushy. Best of all, they felt like family. I felt very comfortable doing business with them. I would definately recommend them.

was well worth it
was the nicest experience I could ever have enjoyed Mark Anthony Esmade is a real awesome guy with a lot of salesmen experience on the job making it easier for us to lease a car,with all the budgets and amounts for our new car lease. He wasn't like other dealers with no heart and hungry for a sale he was kind and took our visit with extreme prestigue. I thank him and hope he stays as good a salesperson as he is .He might end up opening his own dealership in the future ,will like to see that for the guy I thank him.

Mark Anthony's service is on of a kind
I am a 20 year old college student who was looking to find a economical car to get to school, work and etc. I explained to Mark Anthony my needs and my budget in getting a car. At first when I assumed he would direct me to pre-owned cars for my case. But he did the math in front of me and showed me that leasing is what fits me best. I was hesitant at first and told him I would come back later because I never thought my first car would be a lease. Let alone the insurance coverage I would have to pay. He was more determined in getting me a car than I was. We went back and forth trying to see the best fit. We finally came to an agreement and decided to lease. We hit other obstacles on the way getting the car to the point of canceling the whole deal the last day. But Mark Anthony made it a mission to help me get a car. I was a tough customer with my needs and my tight budget, but that didn't stop Mark Anthony. There is not many like him. I'm glad I got to meet Mark Anthony and wouldn't hesitate to come back.

Another seamless experience!
This is my 2nd purchase with Mark Dance. Very thorough from beginning to end. Follow up was on point. I would never buy anywhere else. Too much hassle anywhere else when there are up front guys who will actually work FOR you here. Finance manager, Jack, also my go to guy to finish up the job. No pressure and he keeps it real. I couldn't ask for a better experience or a better deal... Except when I come back for the next upgrade!!

Trade in Old Lease and Upgraded to a New One
I had worked with Joe Barca on my 2011 lease and already knew I was dealing with a great sales rep and went straight to him for my next one. We discussed my options and what I needed most out of a car. He never tried to oversell me and push me towards a model that I didn't want and was extremely helpful in determining what I needed versus what was a luxury. The entire staff at Bayridge Honda from the receptionist to the finance team just made the entire experience pleasant and hassle free.

Excellent service from Mark Anthony Esmade & Dwayne Markland
First off, this is our third car lease from Bay Ridge Honda. Second of all, they gave us the best deal, and we don't live in Brooklyn anymore. The deal was so good, we traveled 200 miles to sign the papers and pick up the car! Mark Anthony had all the paperwork ready and had obtained our out-of-state plates prior to our arrival to pick up the car, and kept us informed every step of the way. Mark also arranged to take in our previous automobile. Dwayne Markland worked with Mark to get a great lease deal for us, and Dwayne (as always) was very transparent with the financing terms and why we got the deal that we got. These two work really well together, and we're happy to keep coming back. We have another car whose lease will be up in the next year, which means we'll be back at Bay Ridge Honda soon!

We just purchased 2 cars from Bay Ridge Honda. The first was a straight forward buy of a new car. For the second, we were undecided on buying, leasing or purchasing the leased car we were turning in. Jamel Haskins and Paul Berry guided us through patiently to complete satisfaction especially as they resolved an issue that arose in our choosing to take the former leased car
