I was a walk-in and they took me as soon as there was a

I was a walk-in and they took me as soon as there was a technician available. They kept me informed about what they were doing. They did a test of the computer systems and an overall check of the car. Updated a software system which had not been updated and did a test of the car after they worked on it to see that everything g was running properly.

The service advisor was terrible.

The service advisor was terrible. He ran through a list of 50 things that I needed to fix in my car and then when I told him that I don’t have time and I need to do it another time I only came here for an oil change his demeanor completely changed when I asked him. Hey is there a possibility that I can get a drop to my home so I can come back a couple of hours later he said for this no way so it was curt wasn’t helpful And showed no respect for a customer who has serviced my vehicle at this location and spent close to $10,000

The wash made my car worse than it was when I brought it

The wash made my car worse than it was when I brought it in considering my car was already pretty clean They left lots of swirl and swipe marks and no bugs were removed. No one met me upon entrance to the garage. The staff wasn't very welcoming or friendly. The woman on the phone that made the appointment had an attitude and spoke as though I was interrupting her day and she was annoyed.

Tire pressure was not stored in car which resulted in

Tire pressure was not stored in car which resulted in warnings going on while driving 70 mph on expressway to check tire pressure. Discovered polka dot grease spots on in interior back driver side door that were definitely not there when I took the car in. Spent 45 minutes trying to remove; they are faded but some can still be seen. Per website asked twice to be contacted via email but have not received a response so I can report these issues.

I thought the dealership was one of the best I ever dealt

I thought the dealership was one of the best I ever dealt with. I want to be clear about your sales person, Carlo Gilli, Jr.. He could not have been more helpful in explaining the vehicle and helping me familiarize myself with the many systems in the car (I am still learning but Carlo has promised to help me should I need it going forward). That, is to me, going the extra mile to satisfy a customer. One other compliment I would give Carlo is that he was genuinely happy that I was purchasing an Audi. He was excited that I was considering it and was so enthusiastic about the vehicle's merits that he convinced me that buying t would be a good choice. Never once did I feel pressured. That's a good sales person!!! All in all, I would gladly recommend Audi Hoffman Estates to anyone interested in purchasing an Audi, especially if they could utilize Carlo as their sales person.
