This dealership is not trust worthy came in for an oil change and was told that my thermostat was melting away and leaking, was also told I needed to replace my oil cooler and flush the system to the toon of $3,500.00. I took my car to another mechanic to get a second opinion and they found nothing wrong with my car, No melting and leaking thermostat, no need to replace my oil cooler. In my opinion they are trying to scam additional services that are not needed.

I purchased a beautiful used 2014 A4 outright from Amanda at Audi Hoffman Estates. Amanda made the experience smooth, even arranging pickup as I flew in and drove the car 6.5 hrs home. It was exactly as advertised and everything I had hoped it would be. Amanda was very personable. She definitely has a passion for German cars which made for enjoyable conversation while we awaited final processing. Thanks to her for getting me into my car and happily down the road.
