I just leased my first Lexus last week!

I just leased my first Lexus last week! An RX 350h Premium. Julio Tatis was excellent, very accommodating, and went over every detail. The Larchmont Lexus experience was superior to any other dealership I have been to. The professionalism and desire to ensure that we understood all the aspects of the lease was impressive. I especially appreciated the fact that Julio was not "salesy" at all, but rather respectful and informative. It was a first-rate, high-class experience. I would highly recommend Julio and the Larchmont dealership if you are shopping for a Lexus and want a stress-free positive experience.

In January 2026, I interacted with several Lexus

In January 2026, I interacted with several Lexus dealerships and their sales consultants, and ultimately purchased an RX350 from Lexus of Larchmont. I worked closely with Jesus Gomez during this process. Jesus was a clear standout among the sales consultants I dealt with. I would like to commend him for his absence of sales pressure tactics; his professionalism, understanding and courtesy; adherence to commitments and timelines; and his overall efficiency in closing the deal and delivering the vehicle.

xtremely disappointed with my experience at Lexus of

xtremely disappointed with my experience at Lexus of Larchmont. What started as a seemingly straightforward car purchase turned into a frustrating ordeal that revealed questionable business practices. After reaching an agreement on an out-the-door (OTD) price with salesperson Justin Deenihan and Sales Manager Manny, I was shocked to receive an overnight contract with $3,000 mysteriously added to the price, along with incorrect tax calculations and additional undisclosed fees. They also stated they could backdate the L/Certified paperwork to allow the vehicle to qualify for the program. When questioned about these discrepancies, they attempted to walk back previously agreed-upon discounts. Check reviews on the various car sales apps and you'll find our review is not an anomaly. Their refusal to allow a pre-purchase inspection of the vehicle was particularly concerning and raises red flags about their transparency. This level of service falls far below what one expects from a Lexus dealership. Their tactics are reminiscent of a dubious used car lot rather than a luxury car dealer. Save yourself the headache and seek out a more reputable Lexus dealer who honors their commitments and operates with integrity. The bait-and-switch pricing tactics and lack of transparency make this dealership impossible to recommend. Will add photos of the different contracts later. RE BUSINESS RESPONSE: We never spoke with David so we understand the need for him to regurgitate the misinformation provided by his sales team. There were no missed deadlines only high pressure sales tactics with moving balls by the dealership. A request to inspect a vehicle (the same day) is not unreasonable. It was our decision to walk away. Vehicle re-posted for sale as formerly L/Certified.
