Ease of transaction. No haggling, we knew what we wanted and believe we got our Acura MDX at the best price in the Tri-State area. There was no waiting for the model or the color. Our trade in of our 10 year old CRV was done easily and again, no hassle. We knew what it was worth and received a few dollars less but very close to what we wanted due to the high mileage. Our salesperson, Brianna Tozzo was very professional and knowledgeable and didn't waste our time. We negotiated on the phone and when we went to the dealership, there was no adjustments to our deal. The follow-up was great. We LOVE our MDX. I feel so safe driving it and it is so comfortable, We are very happy customers.
