The sales staff are okay , I wish they sales representatives were as nice as the service department team.. Some of the sales representatives can be very nice and would work with you as best as possible. David in the service department is amazing. He makes you want go there no matter what. He is the real deal.

My experience at acura of westchester was great from start to finish. Starting with sales consultant Rob Ellard to sales manager frankie ferraro and finally to finance representative whose name I'm sorry I don't remember. I was made to feel relaxed, not .pressure and genuinely treated like I mattered. Good work

Excellent customer service by David Santos. He goes above and beyond. Making an appointment is easy with prompt availability. The waiting room is always clean, comfortable and equipped with work space and charging ports and coffee.

This was my first time bringing my Acura MDX to Acura of Westchester for service, and I honestly could not have asked for a better experience. From the moment I arrived, Alicia DeMarco made the entire process smooth, professional, and stress-free. They took the time to explain everything clearly, kept me updated throughout the service, and made sure everything was handled correctly and on time. You can truly tell they care about the customers and take pride in what they do. It’s rare these days to come across someone so professional, welcoming, and genuinely delightful to be around. Matt, Michelle and Alicia went above and beyond, and because of them, I’ll definitely continue servicing my MDX here. I have been servicing my 2017 MDX @ AOW since it was 2 years old and have NEVER had an unpleasant experience. Ease of making appointments, thorough explanations of services recommended, pricing, projected wait time to completion, you name a category, AOW gets 5 stars across the board.
