I am a long time customer of Acura of Bedford Hills. That alone is an indication of what I think of this dealership. I recently purchased a new car and unfortunately hit a few issues that needed the attention of the Sales Management team. Joe Gensert and Alfred Makaj immediately got involved and addressed every issue to ensure my expectations were met and I once again received the customer service from the dealership and Acura that I have come to expect. Both Joe and Alfred always put the customer first and will ensure your needs are met. If you’re looking for a new Acura I highly recommend you go to Acura of Bedford Hills and ask for Joe Gensert and Alfred Makaj - these guys are the best.

Joe was very professional when I was in for Service. He asked me if I was interested in trading in my 2020 Acura TLX. I said that I wanted to wait. Joe did not push me but said he would be here when I was ready. I respected what he did and will return to the Dealership when I am more ready.
