We had a wonderful experience at Bridgewater Chevrolet

We had a wonderful experience at Bridgewater Chevrolet our first pickup truck and we love it! Jim Knoeller was incredibly helpful, patient and made the whole process smooth. Most importantly, there was no pressure to buy, which we truly appreciated. We highly recommend Bridgewater Chevrolet. This is our third brand new vehicle from Jim at Bridgewater Chevrolet. We drive all way from NYC because of the honest and stress free experience that we always receive from Jim Knoeller. Jim always gives us a plus one customer experience and that’s why we keep coming back.

The problem that the car came in with was not fixed.

The problem that the car came in with was not fixed. Even though the service advisor did everything he could to. (Talked to engineer)

Harry was kind and professional from our first discussion

Harry was kind and professional from our first discussion over the phone. He ensured we were comfortable in the vehicle and with the sale itself, in stark contrast to the salespersons at dealerships we’d been to previously. He truly made the process easy and dare I say relaxing.

The wheel alignment was not performed properly.

The wheel alignment was not performed properly. The car has continued to pull to the right. I feel that I wasted my money for the wheel alignment.

Everything about my experience was excellent — the staff

Everything about my experience was excellent — the staff were wonderful, the service was great, and the entire process went smoothly. This easily would have been a 5‑star review. However, I had specifically asked about a drill‑less option for the front license plate, and I even brought my own tow‑hook‑mounted bracket since I’m moving to Pennsylvania soon and won’t need a front plate. Unfortunately, the dealership installed the standard front plate holder anyway. Now, when I remove it, I’ll be left with four large, noticeable holes in the front of my beautiful new Chevrolet Bolt. Really disappointing, especially after an otherwise perfect experience. — Bill
