Manager was very rude including to their new sales lady. Not impressed with him. I came at the end of the day and he was not patient with us and was playing games. When he told us the car did not have a 2nd key, he asked me to split the cost but didn't know what that would be. The only saving grace was the general manager who was kind. I received no direction to have the insurance company stamp the plate change. When I picked up the car I had to wait over two hours because of this. The car had a quarter tank of gas. I spent over 20k on the car I would think filling up the gas would be standard. Additionally the car was not registered and I had to do that on my own.

I regret this purchase. I bought the car with noises and loose suspension. I took it back two days later and it was still misaligned. The service was terrible; they inflate the tires with air. The oil change service was needed after 2,000 miles and a bit. The tires were scratched and dented. It was a terrible purchase. I made it and it has 1

I purchased a used truck from this dealer a little over a year ago and the truck has been an electrical nightmare since the beginning. The vehicle has spent over 3 months in the repair shop for numerous electrical issues that continue to happen. I requested for the dealer to buy the vehicle back or help me out with the trade value and put me a replacement vehicle that is more dependable and they are unwilling to. This dealership sold me a lemon and does not stand behind their vehicles. I would not recommend this dealer. They are more worried about their bottom line than providing a reliable vehicle. I will say that Wendell and Dan in the service department always do try their best to get my vehicle back as soon as possible though.

The only reason I am looking to trade in the vehicle is because of all the electrical issues it’s had. The service dept is well aware of all of them. I asked the sales dept to take that into consideration when appraising the truck so I don’t take a huge loss. I think I’ve been pretty clear of my expectation and you know as well as I do that good business practice isn’t selling a vehicle that continually breaks down and doing nothing to help rectify it.

So far they've been very helpful, salesman Daniel was very courteous as was the financial manager. Still waiting for a door seal though, hopefully it will be there this week.
