There aren’t enough good things to say about Concord Mazda as a whole dealership. From the moment we arrived and spoke with Dang to processing the buy with Brieon and BJ to some service stuff that came up with the help of Trevor and Elijah. I wish everyone could buy a new or used car from this dealership, they are top of the line in every way. I have never felt so taken care of, and had buying a car be so simple. From the top to the bottom they care and will make it right for you. This dealership it will change your view of buying a new car, it’s simple. Thank you Concord Mazda for everything!

Concord Mazda Service Center have great customer service, when all the service advisors are helping customers, the technician Mr. Chris will step-up and assist us waiting in line for the next available advisors, Mr. Chris will take our names, the mileage of our vehicle, and our scheduled appointment time, to have the information ready & available for the service advisors. Mr. Chris welcomed us, and assisted us, with great customer service.

We had a great overall experience and got pretty much exactly what we were hoping for at a slightly lower price than I was expecting. Our salesman, Ismael, was fantastic. We particularly liked his low pressure demeanor. Our overall experience with Concord Mazda was excellent.
