Great place to buy a good used vehicle but their service

Great place to buy a good used vehicle but their service department is terrible. I bought a used tacoma and it had a Ac issue. The deal was if I bought the vehicle they promised they would fix ac. 9 months later, an 6 attempts to fix ac, they told be they couldn't fix it. I took it to Toyotech in johnson city, which is by the way a former service tech from toyota, he fixed ac with no problem. The service department lied about repairs an would not help me on the bill to have it fix, they did give me the ome parts for free after a couple discussions. Final word buy from johnson city toyota, salesman are great, but plan on not ever getting anything out of the sorry service department.

My experience has been life changing.

My experience has been life changing. John was patient with me as I needed every safety feature out there. They found my perfect car & made the process’s seamless. I continue to tell anyone who will listen about how great the team is at Toyota. Thank you again yall!!

Friendliest folks I have encountered of late and I can't Thank them enough. Austin was cool as heck and so were the other guys I encountered. Should have got their names as well. My bad. It's amazing that in this century they can still find

It's amazing that in this century they can still find people with "KEYSTONE COP" on their resume. Seriously, what a confused, messed up place. From a phone system that rings and rings and rings, to waiting 2 months for a title which took numerous phone calls to get going, to making an appointment to see a car that had been driven at length by someone else (4K+ more miles than advertised and left trashy inside and dirty outside), to having charges that weren't agreed to put on the sales contract. Just really watch all charges and be prepared for frustrations. People are friendly enough but the systems in place make it a hot mess or perhaps that's intentional.

I put in a question online and got a text response.

I put in a question online and got a text response. Then, my question needed to be answered by the sales team. So, I asked to be contacted after 3 pm EST because of the time difference. I was told they'd do that. At 5 am my time, HST 6 hours earlier than EST, I got a text from Tristen, a salesman. A walk around video of the car. The text woke me up. I'm disabled and have a hard time sleeping. I text back stating my time request and to not contact me again! 😡 Immediately, he texted saying let me know how I can help you. I texted again to not contact me again, then he got the message! Details about the car on the site we're inaccurate too! I thought it was very unprofessional and disturbing!
