This dealership was friendly and knowledgeable. Tony was fantastic to work with. We had been to many different dealerships in TN, NC, and SC before walking into JC, where it was stress free. Tony made the buying experience very pleasant.

Toyota's Mission Statement: "To attract and attain

Toyota's Mission Statement: "To attract and attain customers with high-valued products and services and the most satisfying ownership experience in America." - I read this on Toyota's website. The guy who checked me in, lied about the depth of my tire tread in an effort to sell me over $900 in unnecessary tires. This has happened twice now. I purchase my cabing air filters and air filter under the hood from Autozone and I watched them install it. Less than 2 weeks out, I go in to Johnson City Toyota and I'm told I need new filters because mine are dirty. This happened 3 different times! Thats a total of 5 seperate occasions where I was lied to. If they lie to me, I'm curious how many other customers they have lied to. Explain to me how this aligns with your company's mission statement? It's so hard to find integrity in people. My family has purchased 4 vehicles from Johnson City, Toyota. We are obviously repeat customers who deserve to be treated with respect. I will be seeking alternatives for my vehicle maintenance. If you have your vehicle serviced at this location, you might want to consider a second opinion somewhere else.

I would absolutely recommend Johnson City Toyota.

I would absolutely recommend Johnson City Toyota. Brandon was an amazing salesman. He went above and beyond to help me get the car I wanted. He did a complete walkaround and sent me a video before I made the over 3 hour drive to test drive the car. I was pleased with everyone we dealt with at Johnson City Toyota. Highly recommend.

Getting a new 4Runner these days is a process.

Getting a new 4Runner these days is a process. From the start, JC Toyota stood out as they are the only dealership that did exactly what they said they would, and I talked to a few. After i paid a deposit, my salesman, Van Redstone, kept me updated on status while we waited on arrival, and once it arrived we set an appointment to get in and get the sale completed. It was a painless process. I cannot recommend Van and JC Toyota enough!
