Arrived before my scheduled appointment but service department was able to start working on the car immediately which lessened my wait time. Work required was completed to my satisfaction.

The people at Faulkner are absolutely great. The folks in the service department are very polite and go out of their way to help me when I have any kind of problem with my CTS. Mark, the service manager and his team should be commended on their skills dealing with the public. They are great at their job and I would recommend the Faulkner dealership to anyone!!!!!

Great shuttle service and they accepted coupons that gave me some extra discounts that was nice. Car was done when promised.

No matter how busy they are, your staff in the service department always take time to explain everything so that it's clear what needs to be done and to give an estimate on the costs. I like that!

Must better than when Sutliff had the dealership, stress free environment in the buying process. Vehicle is actually wiped down and tires shining after service, rather than just wash with hard water spots dried on vehicle.
