I took my car in for service. They put too much oil in my car. About 40 minutes after I leave the dealership, the warning light for over-filling comes on. I am forced me to go to the closest service center since I am now a considerable distance away from the Tysons dealership. They tell me that it was a quart and a half over-filled and explained to me that when there’s too much oil it damages the engine of a vehicle! They had to charge me service again, clean the engine bay, and then reset the sensor. Then I called Porsche of Tysons and they said they would reimburse me, and never did despite subsequent reminders. I reached out to the service manager, Thomas Bud, and he does not even respond or call back. It has been nearly two months and they still have not addressed the problem. I used to service multiple cars with them and there’s clearly a decline in the quality of their services, both mechanically and in the level of cleanliness when I get the car back. These are expensive cars, and if you’re like me, you’re not going to risk your car going to this kind of service center.

Purchased a 2021 Cayenne this year. My sales representative, Mr. David Xu, was very professional, knowledgeable, and went out of his way to help me make the purchase, and understand the features of the car. I highly recommend him.

I purchased my first Porsche last week at Porsche Tysons Corner. I worked with Jay Yi and had the most outstanding experience buying a car! I reached out to Jay ahead of time to make an appointment. He was extremely responsive and informative and provided me with pre-information as I was pondering between the Macan and Cayenne. My husband and I visited the dealership and Jay spent nearly 2 hours with us test driving both cars and going over the details of each. There was never a hard sell at any point and in fact, Jay went out of his way to be transparent and candid with all the info and costs he shared. We decided on the Cayenne Coupe and Jay went thru every option with us to come up with the exact car I wanted. While I was no hurry for the car, the dealership was able to locate and procure the car with every one of my requirements within a week! I picked up the car last week and what an experience! The car was presented to me in a theatrical and fun way. And Jay spent 2 hours with me going over every feature and button in the car. I felt totally comfortable driving off with the car after that tutorial. The financing process with management was easy and seamless. I never felt any pressure to add warranties or add-ons, which I sincerely appreciated. The entire process from start to finish was impeccable, pleasant, and professional. I sent my car in with a damaged tire. They replaced the tire within two hours. The whole process was very professional and they honored my protection plan and did not try to get out of it. I did not have to say anything..... Professional service with a smile.
