Saw SUV, applied for finance and called early (prior to 9 am). Was told approved and what to bring in. Test drove the car, ready to go. Paperwork I told Joe was electronic and was told fine. Wasn't. Linda said I could call and get driven to the bank and come back. Bad communication. Too many excuses. Light apology and a final notice of approval letter the next day. What?

A dream come true!!.. I was concerned that my needs could not be met! .. I fell in love with my like new 2012 Volvo XC60 .. I expressed my concerns & without hassle the staff got to work!.. within 2.5 hours like magic my paperwork was completed & my dreams came true!.. Can't wait to return with friends to share the experience!!

I brought a car from Linda and Joe impulsively and later realize that the car's maintenance was just outta my budget it was a wonderful BMW I LOVED IT but realise I couldn't afford to do regular maintenance when needed so they accepted the car back and found me something just as nice and affordable with no hassle they catered to my needs and now I own a new Ford Taurus drives great look super nice HIGHLINE is the perfect name for great dealers nothing but top quality cars

Joe and Linda are the best! Some of the best customer service I've ever had! They're very friendly and welcoming! I called the dealership and spoke to Joe about possibly buying a car from them when my paycheck came the following week and he said "If I can make a miracle happen will you come down today?" And I said heck yea! And he called me back no more than five minutes later and told me to come down and of course, he made that miracle happen! Now I'm driving my beautiful 2008 Volvo S80 and it runs great! Thank you Joe and Linda!
