First off I went there, the heat wasn't working. It was colder inside than outside. Over all the customer service was horrendous. Gene was very rude to me. He switched the vehicle five times saying the bank didnt like it. Which I knew was a lie I overheard the owner saying we aren't making enough profit,switch them to something else that we can get a bigger net check ok. Long story short they are all about profit and could care less about quality customer service.

They provided the most Excellent customer service I’ve EVER had at a dealership They were super fast and fair with the price. My salesman Gene was very nice and easy to work with. John helped me find a warranty policy that was absolutely perfect and within my budget he also made the Financial Part of the deal go very smoothly he handled majority all of on its own, only thing I was responsible for was providing a payoff( which was no big deal since I have the mobile app) The dealership had a great variety of used vehicles to pick from the salesmen were super honest and knowledgeable about their vehicles, which I loved. Overall I had a banging experience and definitely would recommend them as one of top dealerships to visit if you’re in search of a used vehicle. Only thing I would criticize Is that they did not fill gas tank or top fluids off.

Tito and Hilary both are genuinely kind, trustworthy, and helpful. I feel I am in good hands with then. Manny also is a kind and accommodating salesman. My husband and I had a great experience purchasing our Chrysler Town and Country from them. It was the very first car we looked at and we had had every intention of shopping around before making a purchase. But we felt good enough about what they were offering that we ended up looking no further.

I told them what I wanted and they made it happen in 35 minuets if there was 10 stars I’d give it to them.so you go somewhere else if you want but high line is the best in the Industry this is where your gonna get your deal!! If you don’t know you better ask somebody

These guys work hard to ensure customer satisfaction and seem to go about business in an honest, "old-fashioned" way. We had just started shopping for a car; this was the very first dealership we visited, and we had no intention whatsoever of buying the first car we saw! We were so impressed with Hilary and Manny and their straightforward approach to sales. Manny might try to tell you he "isn't much of a salesman", but that's nonsense! He's a real pro, but he's also clear and careful, and this takes a lot of (what would have been, for us) confusion out of the "equation". Hilary was extremely personable and easy to work with; we felt as if we were among friends. Tito was super as well, on the vehicle service-side of things. (E.g. The brakes were pulsing a little, but he took care of it entirely, for free, and quickly.) We believe we got an excellent car for our money, we saved who-knows-how-many hours of shopping around with our good luck in picking these guys out first, and they definitely earned our business the right way. We were very impressed!

Hilary and Manni will be selling cars to me from now on. These guys do it right!! They figure out how to get you past the hurdles and get you into your cart of choice. Great job guys!!

after buying my BMW from Highline automotive i had a couple of issues with the car . they told me Mr. Bennett just bring the car in . They fix all of my issues with no questions asks. i have already recommended them to my friends and my veteran friends

When a person walks into a business, you don't want to feel that a sales person is there to just make a buck. You want to be assured that your needs will be met. That's how I feel. Knowing if problems do arise a solution will be found.

Hillary was extremely helpful and understanding! Unfortunately I have bad credit and she was still able to help! Thank GOD for Hillary! She has the right personality for the job!

I called in, my credit was ran, the financial advisors were terrific to work with, i went home with my new truck!! THANKS HIGHLINE AND THE WONDERFUL REP HILARY
