I was very fortunate to have found the rare truck that I wanted at this local dealership. My alternatives were mainly sketchy eBay sellers and less than professional used car dealerships. However, Lester Glenn is a major operation that has a good reputation - and for good reason. My experience with them was very low stress and Sammy Velazquez was very accommodating, going so far as to personally deliver my truck to my home a few miles away. He was very low pressure and basically just gave me the keys and told me to check it out for myself with a test drive. After deciding that I would take the truck, we took care of adding the truck to my insurance while we waited for the finance guy to finish with the customer ahead of me. This, unfortunately, took quite a long time because I believe they were new and still mastering the systems. My experience with the finance guy was probably par for the course. He had added about $10,000 of optional junk to the bill and apologized, stating that he "has to do it this way." We then went over the extras and I decided I did not want any of them. Fortunately, they were removed quickly and without fuss. If I had one complaint, I'd like to see this practice reversed. They should really start with a clean slate and go over the options, adding only what the customer wants. I don't know if this is common practice, but I did find that aspect a bit off-putting. Apart from the tedious paperwork, everything else went smoothly. After paying for the truck with a personal check, Sammy delivered it minutes after I arrived home myself. The truck itself, despite being a 2014, looked like new and had been thoroughly cleaned up with all the basics checked before I bought it, which I really appreciated. If you see a vehicle that you like at this dealership, I'd recommend them.

Edwin in service was awesome. He did everything to help me get locked lug nuts to be removed although original salesperson, Mohammed failed to give me info. and keys for both lug nit locks and real key fobs that originally came with vehicle when new. I will never buy another car from Lester Glen again, but would work with Edwin only in service dept. again. ty and God Bless you Edwin!

This is a great dealership. The owners/boss’ introduced themselves to me. Dustin was my salesman. He went above and beyond for me. He gave me all the information that I needed to make my purchase even if it wasn’t what I wanted to hear. My van is exactly what I needed and Dustin guided me when it came to the modifications that was needed for my husband. I totally recommend the dealership.

Dustin is extremely friendly. This is our 5th car from Dustin and Lester Glenn. Highly recommend them. Not pushy, friendly, the process is always quick.
