My overall experience was exceptionally well! Marcus McDonald earned 5 stars and because of his attentiveness and caring spirit all of the anxiety that I had before I arrived to the dealership quickly vanished. Thank you all for your assistance!

I told them my check engine light was on they Charged me $282 for a diagnostic& oil change… did my oil change first just to find out I my oil gasket needed replacing and all the oil they put in my car leaked back out and still got charged $79 for an oil change to still not have oil in my car. Told me I needed to change other things for me to tell them I got those things fixed recently and said mmm “maybe you don’t need this done” I thought the diagnostic helps to pinpoint issues? Why is there so much uncertainty if they are trained professionals?

We received excellent service from Nalley Hyundai. The staff was very concerned about providing the type of vehicle we desired. We are pleased with the vehicle we purchased and the staff.
