Found I could not trust the service dept. My 2018...

Found I could not trust the service dept. My 2018 Sportage, which I purchased new, began making a popping sound when I turned the car off. As time went by it began popping when I was stopped in traffic. I took it back to Taylor Kia to have it looked at, in fact when I turned it off at the dealership, it made a huge popping sound. I left it with them and they could not find anything wrong nor did they hear the popping sound, which I found hard to believe as it did it all the time. I really expected it to burst into flames every time it made that popping noise. I received a recall on my Sportage and read up on the recall, and cars were catching on fire! When I took it to Taylor Kia in regards to the recall, I asked the attendant if that could have been why I kept hearing the popping noise, he said he didn't see how that could be possible, as it was just a fuse replacement. Low and behold it has completely stopped making that noise, so I guess he didn't know what he was talking about! Although they have always been courteous.

Run as fast as you can away from this business! They lie...

Run as fast as you can away from this business! They lie to you and to the banks! They refuse to give your money back on a car that you didn’t get! Obviously they are a terrible dealership if they are so hard up for money they won’t give my deposit back! Oh did I mention that they refuse to give me copies of all the paperwork that signed!

Best Workers in Service!!!

I have been going to the service department at kia for almost three years and the workers at service that check you in are wonderful! Mark and Anthony make it so easy to get an oil change! They are pleasant and overall great workers! People need more workers like them!! If your in need of any type of service this is the place to go! They get you in and out quick and they keep you posted on your vehicle!

Great experience. Very informative. Everyone was polite and friendly. Definitely recommend Devin Spearman , Taylor KIA of Lima, Ohio if you’re looking for a used or new car.

SERVICE CENTER TOP NOTCH!

SERVICE CENTER IS TOP NOTCH! I had a terrible experience at a different Kia dealership. Called this location to see if they could help me and I'm so glad I did! The service tech, Mark, listened and understood my frustration. He took extra time to thoroughly check everything and to fix the issue i was having. He called me to give me updates, while we waited on the part to arrive. Even though this dealership and service center is much further then the other one i had used, I will go back for all my future needs. He even provided me with his cell number just in case I had anymore issues. I can't even fully describe the breathe of fresh air and my renewed faith in Kia, that this service dept provided. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Service representative was superb!

My service department representative was amazing! He explained everything to me in terms I understood and calmed my fears about the issue with my car. My only negative part of the whole experience was Laura, the service department person who answered my call and scheduled my appointment. Her manner was condescending, abrupt and off-putting.
